Summary
“It’s too late for you to be out alone.” The man’s deep voice grumbled at him, and Tim wondered if it would be rude to raise his camera and snap a shot of him. He’d never gotten one from so up-close before, after all. “It’s dangerous.”
A Tim Drake origin story, pre-reboot with elements of the new 52.

Summary
He would admire Gwaine every time he pulled that tricky move where he flipped the sword out of his opponents hand and into his own. He would cheer when Percival completely overpowered his opponent and force them down in record time. He would watch Elyan’s sheer persistence and perseverance land him victory in sparring matches. He would feel a great swell of pride whenever he saw Lancelot spar with a big grin on his face because after so many years, he was finally a knight.
Studying Merlin's relationship with each knight through a series of events.

“Merlin,” Arthur breathed out as he rushed forward, breaking eye contact with his manservant only to look down at the spears that held him in place. Merlin was silent, his eyes shining with unshed tears, and his breath seemed to be stuck in his throat.

Summary
Merlin has magic,” Uther’s words hit Merlin like a ton of bricks, the spirit disappearing as if it was never there.
Merlin closes his eyes, letting out the breath he’s been holding. He feels his back hit the door behind him, holding himself up against it. He doesn’t look at Arthur, just waits.
One breath, two breath, three breath. Nothing.
Merlin opens his eyes, looking up, half expecting Arthur to have disappeared to alert the guards. Arthur is staring at him, he is stock skill, breath coming out ragged and uneven. He looks crushed and not just from expelling his father’s spirit but that must also have contributed to it.
“Arthur,” Merlin tries, swallowing when his voice shakes with the anticipation of Arthur’s reaction.
“Is it true?” Arthur asks, his voice quiet but stern, he still holds the horn tightly in his grip by his side, his knuckles white with the force.
“Arthur I-“
“Yes or no, Merlin,” Arthur interrupts, voice suddenly louder in the empty corridor, he looks Merlin in the eye while he nods wordlessly before looking away, “you-you do. You would betray me? You?”

Summary
Arthur realized only one thing—Merlin had a secret. And it terrified him like some sort of monster. To set the poor fellow’s mind at ease, Arthur gave his word that he would not use the truth potion to uncover his servant’s secrets.
After all, it was highly unlikely that Merlin was hiding anything of importance, right? It was unbefitting a prince to pry into the petty secrets of servants, right?..
And besides, he hadn't promised not to snoop, right?
And so, he learns one of Merlin’s secrets. Then another. And another. And even more. Arthur will keep searching until he uncovers everything, until he learns what has been hidden from him, until these secrets change him entirely.Bookmarked by Royalprat

Summary
Arthur has always taken Merlin on every mission — unarmoured, untrained, endlessly reckless.
It never used to matter.
But lately, every danger feels sharper. Every close call lasts too long.
And Merlin is starting to notice the way Arthur hovers… and how the prince’s worry is beginning to look a lot like something else.
A slow-burn story about devotion disguised as duty, love revealed through quiet choices, and the people who become home when the world turns dangerous.
Love wins — even when it has to fight for it.
