Summary
Sera had been ready to dismiss Hanal'ghilan as a story, when Ithiren had spoken to Sharon about the creature. Sharon had been willing to go out looking for her though, and no one in the party had argued it; they all saw how different the young elf was with the clan. It wasn't her clan—her clan had been purged with the rest of Wycome—but it was still a clan, and they had welcomed her like she was one of their own despite her title. It was no surprise that after that, Sharon would be willing to do anything they asked.
Wherever Sharon went, of course, Sera followed. Even if following Sharon led her to a Dalish clan in the Exalted Plains.

Summary
It wasn't a bad thing, was it, to want to write new stories for her people? The old stories were… complicated, now. Maybe focusing on something new would help, at least a little bit. Give them a chance to look at something else, so one day they could come back to the old stories with fresh eyes.
It had seemed like a good idea, at the time. Then Bellara had opened the journal and seen that blank page, and then she'd remembered: Oh. Right. She actually needed to have an idea to start writing something new.

They'd been at this now for weeks, ever since Ghilan'nain had been killed on Tearstone Island. Ever since Elgar'nan had taken Neve, Davrin and Assan had died doing whatever it took, and Margalit had been lost—lost so Solas could walk in the physical world again. Emmrich had been quite firm in his theories that he believed she was still alive; as far as he could guess, Solas's regret prison needed a living, breathing person inside of it and not a corpse.
Lace hoped she was still alive, for Solas's sake. If she wasn't, she'd let the Titans take him when they met again.
