Summary
A story set in an alternate universe where Mel — not Santos — is the one who discovers Langdon’s addiction, and the consequences that follow.
Frank Langdon has been dealing with unbearable guilt after mistreating his new student on her very first day, right after she discovered his secret. Trying to ease his conscience, he searches for a way to fix what he’s done, all while struggling with his addiction.
The story features stylistic elements inspired by the album WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA.

Summary
Penelope is convinced to attend the university’s annual winter carnival under the promise she’ll see the rarely-in-London-anymore Colin Bridgerton. When she does spot him, however, he’s running the football team’s kissing booth.
Which makes her want to throw up, quite frankly.
Perplexingly, it also puts certain things in motion Colin discovers he is not prepared for.

Summary
Mel understood how conception occurred. She understood how to prevent it, though the knowledge had never been personally relevant before. She knew it was unwise to have unprotected sex with someone if you didn’t know both partners were negative for STIs and if you weren’t willing to risk pregnancy.
But nothing had been wise about fucking Dr. Langdon in the bathroom of the ED.
It was only a few weeks later when Mel realized her period was six days late. It didn’t take a genius or special medical training to make a likely diagnosis.
