“You’re insufferable.” She slid her palms around my shoulders and pushed herself on to the very tops of her toes - even then, the crown of her head only just reached the tip of my nose.
“Am I gonna need to drop a ‘boon’? You’re bullying me.” I drew her into my torso by her waist, the fabric of her floaty top gathering in my fingers.
“That’s not what we use ‘boon’ for.” Annabeth insisted as she stared openly at my mouth.
“Whatever.”
“You know I’m right.”
“I said whatever.”

Summary
Silco's... not a good parent. As much as he loves his daughter, he has a few flaws when it comes to her. But he can explain it all away, from slipping drugs into her tea to keep her his perfect little girl to keeping her safe away from the world. He can even explain giving her to the Enforcers in exchange for Zaun - after all, they've given their word that Jinx is not to be harmed.
Ekko, meanwhile, went to the bridge upon overhearing the Enforcers' plans to capture Jinx on their radios - she's too far gone, and as the last person who knew Powder as well as the leader of the Firelights, it's his job to put her down.
But after rescuing her instead upon realizing Jinx is still at least a little Powder, when he learns that 'Jinx' the persona isn't real but instead a defense mechanism, upon learning about the drugs in her system and the pain and fear inflicted on her, he insists she can be saved.
And thus begins the rest of her life.
(Featuring childhood-friends-to-enemies-to-friends-to-lovers Timebomb, a complicated relationship between Jinx and Silco, genius Firelight bioengineer Jinx/Powder, and Jinx proving she's stronger and better than anyone gives her credit for.)

Summary
A classic Roman!percy fic inspired by the likes of CombatTomb (hope I’m typing that right) and probably the millions of other Percy Jackson fics. Anyway, ahem here we go…
Percy is born Perseus Jackson, son of Neptune. In the Roman world the gods are not restricted by the same ancient laws or the prophecy that the Greek gods have received. Instead, children of the Big Three are simply rare. So, Neptune urges his lover Sally Jackson to New Rome where Percy can be raised safely and learn to navigate the cost of being the sea god’s child.
He grows up surrounded by friends but as he enters the legion at the tender age of thirteen ambition hits him like every other Roman, and friends turn away. More than that, it seems their centuries of peace have turned sour in the face of a bitter titan of time: Saturn.Series
