"In your defence, the car would have done most of the work. He's really stretching the definition of 'box' lately, isn't he? That was a wicked dodge, by the way."
Did she dodge? Sam wonders. She doesn't mean it in the philosophical maybe I actually got hit and I'm dead right now kind of way, but all she remembers is blind panic, and then her head hitting the pavement.
Years after Undergrowth’s attack, Sam’s ghost powers from that day are slowly returning. Sam is excited at first, both at the chance to grow closer with Danny, and the opportunity to use her own powers for good. But things aren’t as great as they seem. After all, plants don't mix well with the cold.
