rottweiler hybrid jeongguk has been in the adoption house for over twenty-two years. people are scared of adopting him because of his breed. jeongguk isn't aggresive by any means, he just gets overly excited about the smallest of things. when jimin comes around and is happy to take him home, jeongguk does his best to supress his instincts in order to ensure that jimin never regrets adopting him. but his instincts are strong and the more time he spends with jimin the more difficult it becomes to keep his emotions at bay.

"I don't think it wanted to attack me," Jungkook mumbles, fiddling with the string of his sweatpants. "I think it was — protecting me ," he says, the panda hybrid looking at him as if he grew another head.
