    After middle school and almost attempting suicide, Izuku went on to be a student at a high school and broke complete contact with Katsuki to the best he could. He knew he could have a happy, successful life even without a quirk, and he wanted to prove Katsuki and his bullies wrong. And so he did, he became friends with all his co-workers and was the favorite teacher among students, even becoming friends with some proheroines. Until he got a call from his Aunt Mitsuki, Bakugo had destroyed his eardrums and was in the hospital. Still caring for the blonde, he went to visit Bakugo every day, and the two grew close once again.... a little too close.
