    “Shouta Aizawa.” The guy said simply, walking past Hizashi without shaking his hand. Hizashi frowned briefly before smiling again. Maybe he wasn’t a touch person? Hizashi knew he had a tendency to invade personal space on accident, so maybe this was just that.

    “Nice to meet you, Shouta!” Hizashi said.

    “Aizawa.” The guy muttered.

    “Why can’t I call you Shouta?”

    “Cuz I don’t want you to.”

    Hizashi kind of feels bad about it, since he’s all but dragging Aizawa off of campus, but he and every other staff person knows it’s what Aizawa needs right now. There’s definitely guilt as he grabs Aizawa’s wrist and pulls him out of the classroom, the man stumbling behind him and not even putting up much of a fight, but Hizashi shoves it down, telling himself that Aizawa has pushed himself to his limits, again, and needs to rest.

    Or- Aizawa pushes himself into a breakdown, and Hizashi's there to take care of him.
