    "Okay... Okay," Beau muttered, a little to Yasha, a little to herself. Yasha growled at her in surprise, then settled when she realized it was only her captive making noise. "Hey, it's fine. We're good, you and me. Nothing to worry about..."

    Yasha watched and listened as she spoke, uncomprehending but focused. It felt a lot like speaking to a pet.

    "You can't understand a word I'm saying, can you?" Beau checked, searching for any recognition. There was none. "Oh, Yash... What'd they do to you?"

    Yasha smiled and obliged. This definitely was something both Beaus had in common: sweet talking herself into Yasha’s arms. Not that she particular minded. Even as an adult Beau wasn’t very heavy to hold and it was a good excuse to keep her close and safe.

    Jester and Beau get de-aged after a magical incident. Their friends will have to deal with babysitting and finding a solution. Eventual Beauregard/Yasha.

    Three years ago a horrible murderous night happened in Whitestone. The entire De Rolo family and their family friends the Bradbury family were killed. The only survivor was the Bradbury's daughter, Laudna. Vex'ahlia, dealing with her boyfriend's death, takes two-year-old Laudna rather than let her go into the foster system. Its been three years and today is Laudna's first day of Kindergarten and Vex is kind of freaking out about it. She hopes that whoever Laudna's teacher is, she knows what she's doing.

    Or

    Vex has to take her goddaughter Laudna in for her first day of school where she meets her teacher, Ms. Keyleth.
