Summary
After going through the Galaxy Garrison, Voltron,
1 happy year of marriage, and 8 years of isolation, occasionally relieved by a visit of a week and a half,
Lance decided to join the Blade of Marmora alongside his husband, Keith.However, due to philosophical reasons, the two have a discourse in front of Kolivan and 50 other Galra.
Sad and dissociating, Lance and Keith go through intensive flashback dreams in which they relive their entire story together.
Nonetheless, they will soon have to face each other and resolve their conflicts.

“Mm-what,” he mumbles, muffled into his roughed shoulder pads, words smushed together.
Keith sighs instead of answering. For half a second Lance tenses. But Keith only shifts again, not pushing Lance off but moving so Lance is pressed closer to him, and then the heat of his breath tickles the shell of Lance’s ear, and he tenses for a whole different reason.
And then there is, inexplicably, the feeling of what must be Keith’s lips, pressed to the side of Lance’s skull, gentle and lingering, and Lance thinks clearly to himself: what the fresh actual and genuine fuck.
“‘M sorry,” says Keith, so quiet it would be impossible to hear were his mouth not one single inch away from Lance’s ear. He kisses again, and he almost sags into the motion, into Lance. “I shouldn’t have been so dismissive of you earlier. I was stressed. I missed you, too.”
Lance opens his mouth. He muffles a choking sound with all of his strength.
“All good in the hood,” he finally manages, and then wants to strangle himself. “We’re — tight, Keithalicious.”

OR: Somebody lied to Keith, and now he thinks he and Lance are...lovers, of some kind. They are not.Lance struggles to correct him.

Lance finishes rubbing the lotion into his legs and sets it back on the bedside table, leaning over the laptop screen to grab his hairbrush. He mutters a near-silent “Shit, sorry,” as he accidentally bumps the screen with his chest, catching the edge of his robe on the corner of the screen and loosening it. He adjusts the screen again, carefully grabbing his brush and moving back away so as not to hit it again. When he settles back onto the bed, he catches Keith’s eyes looking hastily back to his face, again. He shakes his head fondly as he untwists his towel from his hair and starts to brush through the damp curls.
Poor Keith. Must be hard for him to do anything…fun, ahem, in shared barracks. Rip to him, honestly, because Lance does not have that problem. Say what you will about the castle, but at least he has his own room and a lock on his door.
“You’re distracted today,” Lance comments, smirking slightly. He lets his robe slip down his shoulder, watching Keith’s eyes follow the movement.
“Am not,” Keith protests.

Tonight was the night. They'd been dating for almost half a year by now, but in all that time, Keith had never come around to the idea of transforming while in the bedroom. But randomly, out of nowhere and to Lance's immeasurable delight, Keith had brought it up a few days before when they were discussing the upcoming full moon. He'd said it gruffly, in a way that almost seemed shy in its offhand casualness, but Lance knew him more than well enough to see through the soft veil of the offer. Keith didn't say anything for the sake of pure chatter, so if he went out of his way to bring it up... He really was intrigued.
OR: Lance bravely takes on a thick, lengthy challenge while we all cheer from the sidelines.
