Ellie hesitated for an instant, then allowed herself to look into Dina’s eyes. Her features were soft and expressive, thick brown hair pulled back in a high, messy bun. She was holding Ellie’s gaze with an intensity that made her want to look away. She was beautiful, and Ellie knew she wasn’t done being awkward around her. In the end, she decided she didn’t mind.

Ellie takes off her sunglasses, hooking them in the neckline of her shirt, and picks up a basket like she always does, ready to do her shopping. A runner is standing still near the cash register, and she spots it instantly.
"Oh hey, didn't see you there. You having a nice day?"
The runner hears her and turns around, letting out a disgusting wet growl. The bottom half of its face is gone, its tongue sticking out from a bloody, mutilated hole.-
Or: TLOU meets Zombieland meets Dead Island, I guess?
