The silence on Mizuki’s end was absolute. For a full three seconds, even the background rustle of them fidgeting stopped. Ena could practically feel the stunned surprise radiating through the internet connection.
“Not just a quick sketch,” Ena continued, the idea solidifying as she spoke. “A real portrait. Proper sessions, with lighting and everything. I want to try… I want to try and draw all those layers.”
“O-Oh? Enanan wants to stare at me for hours on end? How forward of you~!”For Mizuki, fashion is the easiest way to speak without words. For Ena, art is the only way to capture the truth she sees. So when Ena decides to paint Mizuki's portrait, hoping to understand all the layers behind her smile, Mizuki responds in the only way she knows how: by secretly crafting a custom outfit, weaving her own unspoken feelings into every stitch.

Sora and her obsession with ahoges… an odd theme to begin a story but it certainly doesn’t feel out of left field.
I agree that Yoruko could probably rock one. Maybe a slim & floppy one like Komaru’s from UDG.I liked the little extrospection part from Yoruko. Sora has literally never been anywhere outside of the killing game islands (apart from like- i think Mikado’s evil lab where they were all hooked up to the simulation), and it’s not like she can just connect herself to the internet from inside the NWP.
Plus she literally had just gotten out of said program by probably some very strong yearning and wishing that activated the remaining divine luck she held, thus it’s likely she had that one chance to establish some sort of contact with Yoruko, which leaves almost no time to get some references before figuring out & setting the whole “dream-thingy” up.Yoruko wanting them to visit multiple different places just so Sora can get better material and references for their shared dreams was also so endearing and funny to me. Girl, are you dating a virtual entity or are you managing a mangaka? lol
