    A series of oneshots/drabbles/minifics depicting a what if scenario if Wei Wuxian was born in the Cloud Recesses as opposed to while his parents were out wandering. Some of these may end up canon compliant, some of these may not. I'm here to play with these characters like they're dolls, and I'm going to have fun with it.

    Wei Ying laughs them all off, when she's not offended on Lan Zhan's behalf. Not all people are the stereotype of their second genders! Everything will be absolutely fine!

    And it is fine. At first. And then it all very quickly spirals out of control.

    (Or: Wei Ying comes home early one day to find her alpha roommate and best friend masturbating on the couch. She plays it off as cool as she can, assuring that it's fine if Lan Zhan needs to! Which leads to agreeing that of course Lan Zhan can use Wei Ying's body to rub one out now and then, it's fine! Which leads to....)

    Wei Wuxian has been sabotaging his own work on purpose for weeks. It's not his fault Lan Wangji's voice does things to him when he's angry. It's not his fault the man is unreasonably attractive for someone so tyrannical. And it's definitely not his fault that, when called into his boss's office at six o'clock, things go exactly the way he'd been fantasizing about in the company bathrooms.

    This is not a love story. It's a missed deadline and very poor professional judgment.
