Summary
As much as Rooster didn’t want to admit it, he hadn’t come back from the Mission unscathed. Wherein Rooster develops equilibrium issues and ends up teaching and learning about mechanics from Maverick and Hondo. (Keep in mind that I’m probably entirely wrong about how the military would handle this hypothetical situation, and that I did some hand-wavy things for Rooster’s medical issues and was purposefully vague on the specifics. Please suspend your disbelief and enjoy the fic. 😊 )
