He could hear Daniel's thoughts. The desire to be ridden senseless, up in the sky. To be... devoured? He seemed to love the uncertainty of the situation. Will he release me? Will he be bored mid-air? He's old. He has to have had better. He's so beautiful.
Armand could do that, keeping someone on the verge of acceptance and abandonment. He had learned from the best, after all.

It is stupid of Nico to even give Lewis the chance to notice.
The hot water kettle is just a bit too heavy at breakfast one morning and Nico loses his grip. Lewis is next to him at the buffet table of the hotel and catches it out of reflex; Nico knows better than to think it’s kindness. He stares at where Nico’s fingers are still refusing to cooperate.
"What happened to your hand?"
"Nerves" - Nico answers with a shrug, glad for the double meaning in the English phrasing.

“Okay, we get the Exy obsession, because you’re legitimately planning on going pro, and we get the Kevin obsession because he’s dedicated to teaching you to go pro, and we even get the Minyard obsession,” Dan says.
“Shh,” Neil pleads desperately, hoping beyond hope that nobody heard that.
“But the podcast has nothing to do with Exy! It’s half about music, and you don’t even like music that much,” Dan says. “It’s literally just music and a really weird guy talking about his homicidal impulses, and it sorta sounds like a joke, but on a much more real level it sounds like it’s absolutely not a joke and I would call the authorities if this guy gave any personal details at all,” Dan says.
“It’s mostly a joke,” Neil offers, but it sounds weak to his own ears.

Summary
He hasn’t seen him since Tony’s funeral, but it's unmistakably him. He'd heard whispers back then of the scrawny kid at the funeral being Spider-Man, the same guy who had caught his punch and fought back. He hadn't questioned it and hadn't thought of the kid since, too busy dealing with his own chaos. But there he is; Tony’s protégé, a reminder of the fight and what winning had cost everyone.
Peter drunkenly frowns in his direction.
Bucky quickly tears his eyes away, taking a deep breath.
