There, in her mind, she saw the words “Recall Death” in a blazing, teal fire. Not knowing the exact meaning, she searched deeper in her subconscious to try and reveal what this specific incantation would do.

Thanatos is freed by Melinoë and searches for the other members of the House of Hades while also becoming accustomed to life in the Crossroads. This is a very Melinoë, Zagreus, Thanatos, and Megaera focused fanfic, with the goal to be to bring joy to people. This is a passion project but, lucky for you, I have a LOT of passion for these games(despite only having just started playing the first one) so this fic will probably be finished sometime. I don't think I have it in my heart to give up on this one. This is very much NOT canon compliant, expect OOC for people introduced in Hades 2. I am analyzing the wiki to try and get a feel of them but I just haven't played the games so: I'm sorry. Talking about Melinoë’s training.” But saying it, in the throne room with Chronos, triggers another image, somehow sharper. “No. We were with the other Houseservants. Chronos attacked… he froze my mother in time… but why would he…” A bolt of pain shoots through Thanatos’s skull. “Zagreus, what is going on?”
Or, after being freed from his imprisonment in time, Thanatos reunites with the other members of the House and struggles to find his place in a world very different from the one he remembers.
