"You sure you're good?" Lando asked, furrowing his brows, biting down on the inside of his cheek while he studied Oscar's face.
"…Yeah." Oscar cleared his throat, glancing between Lando and the wall again. "I think, like… Shit, I dunno how to say this. I think I'm just overthinking what you said a bit ago. Was it just, uh, heat of the moment or whatever? Or did you mean, like…"
Lando's stomach dropped immediately. Because, Jesus, what did he say? When? He racked his brain for every discussion they'd had that day, but nothing jumped out. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing to warrant this.
"I'm- hold on, I'm confused. What do you mean?"
