“You lied about what?” he asks, even though he has a pretty good guess.
“About the time,” Buck confesses, then adds, smiling at him, bashful, “I also turned off your alarm.”
(Or, five times Eddie feels something as Buck takes care of him, plus one time he realizes what it means, and kisses Buck about it.)

"It's not that," Sherlock weakly smiles at his friend and shakes his head. Then, with his hand, he opens his jacket enough to show the red stain that's growing over his vest.
