Turns out Georgie’s best friend is an eighteen year old kid called Eddie Kaspbrak. He’s been friends with Georgie since seventh grade, where they met for the first time, and he goes to the same shitty Derry high school that Richie and Bill went to before they left for college.

Nobody seems to think Georgie’s death is suspicious except for Bill and Richie, and a hyperactive kid called Eddie who won’t leave Richie alone.

Summary
He’s always known that this day was coming. He’s had his entire life to prepare for this particular year, but now that it has actually arrived he knows there’s nothing he could have done to make this any better. The only downside to being a year younger than the rest of them is that there will always be this transitionary period of time where they advance and Stan is still stuck in the same place, waiting, doing nothing with his life except moping and feeling lonely.
The Losers are gone– his best friends have gone away to college. Bill is gone, and now Stan is all alone.

The desire to spill his dirty little secret has words bubbling to the surface, and he’s blurting them out before he can stop himself.
“I heard a rumour that Tina was sleeping with one of her teachers.” The lie doesn’t feel good at all, but it feels better than if he had told the truth. The others still stare at him, but at least it isn’t with pity or disgust or amusement.
They’re all silent for a moment, no one knowing what to say to that, and Eddie is about to snatch the words back up when Richie speaks.
“That doesn’t surprise me.” He says. Eddie’s breath catches and his heart plummets to his stomach.

“I’m not sick!” These words are followed up by a muffled sneeze and a lot of guilty sniffing, like Eddie is trying and failing to be surreptitious.
“You have a fever and you’re shivering.” Richie points out, very matter of fact. “Please, for the love of god, get into bed and stay there.”

Summary
It/Stranger Things AU. Richie and Mike meet at a comedy club bar where Richie is trying to drink away the memory of his friends who've died and where Mike is hiding from an abusive boyfriend and a heartbroken past.
Being blind drunk doesn't help, but Richie can't quite figure out why the person sitting two seats down from him is the spitting image of himself at eighteen—or why he feels so compelled to talk to him. It's probably the nasty bruise on his cheek... Meanwhile, Mike is looking for a place to lay low after running away from the man who had turned his body into a canvas of bruises and scars. He knows he shouldn't—that it's stupid and reckless and he'll just get hurt worse—but he can't help falling for the comedian with the bright blue eyes and charming laugh. Something about Richie just makes him feel...safe. All he wants is to feel safe.
We've got angst, we've got fluff, we've got idiots in love. We've also got Richie struggling to flirt and that's gotta be a win in someone's book.

The problem began when Eddie decided he was going to make out with Stan Uris. Make out, possibly take on some dates, maybe hook up — the details of what they’d do were still kind of up in the air, but Eddie was sure of one thing: to some degree, he was going to do Stan Uris.
(Eddie wants to make out with Stan. Eddie doesn't actually know Stan, which poses a significant barrier on the making out front. He does know Stan's bandmate, Richie, though, and from that, he formulates a plan. Shenanigans ensue. Inspired by the music video for Shura's "What's It Gonna Be?")
