They meet a young pianist, Torpe, who almost instantly captivates Rui through a dazzling display on the piano. Unwilling to lose this intriguing encounter, Rui hands Torpe the agency’s business card under the guise of future assistance. Misfortune strikes and now Torpe finds himself working with the Phoenix Detective Agency!

Summary
Tsukasa Tenma, the second-in-command of the Royal Knights, is sent on a mission one day to arrest an unknown man causing havoc on the coast.
That really should have been the end of it, but somehow, said man (Kamishiro Rui, or so he claims), joins him on a journey to the frontlines of the war, where the battle between the humans and the demons has almost reached its breaking point.
To make things worse? The commander of the Royal Knights has gone MIA, and Rui is acting way too friendly towards someone who just arrested him.

The star smiled with success, pulling that part of Vulcan’s shirt down. He stands up pridefully before making his way out of the alley. He heard some shuffling, but chose to ignore it… at least he tried to ignore it.
It was hard to ignore when the shuffling came from a supervillain who almost in an instant got to his feet, grabbed you and tossed you upside down, holding you in the air using his robotic arms. Tsukasa screamed out of fear.
This was it. He was going to die. He was going to die by the hands of his favorite supervillain.
