When he felt the drop of tear falling on his cheek, he stopped and leaned back, staring at dohoon break down once again. So, his arms slid around dohoon’s waist, careful not to press too hard on any still healing wounds. He hugged him close, face tucked against the scarred chest like it was the safest and only place he wanted to be present in this world.
“These scars doesn’t get the final word,” he murmured against dohoon chest. “You do and I do. And what we choose from now on.”
Dohoon’s breath stuttered. His free hand came up to clutch at Jihoon’s shirt, twisting the fabric like it was the only solid thing left in the world.
“I feel... ruined,” he choked out.
