Summary
Lucy thought she would be free on the Moon. It should have been her victory, the freedom and peace she had desperately sought for so long. But while she may have escaped from Night City and the Arasaka Corporation, she remains haunted by those she has lost. Tormented by grief-fuelled nightmares of her love, David Martinez, her happy ending has turned to ashes in her mouth. However, unbeknownst to Lucy, a spark of hope, a last gift from her beloved, lies within her, and with the help of a certain selfless gonk from a galaxy far, far away, that spark may become the fire she needs to heal at last.
Ezra Bridger had won. He had pulled Thrawn and the Seventh Fleet away from Lothal, saving his family from the wrath of the Empire. But he now finds himself lost amidst unfamiliar stars, marooned in a system ruled by overwhelmingly powerful megacorps, and filled with "chromed-out" maniacs, the former of whom eye the technology he has brought with him with hungering eyes. However, as always, the Force is with him, guiding him to new allies and a new purpose, including a certain rainbow-haired netrunner who desperately needs both help and healing. And a new chapter of his journey as a Jedi may yet begin soon...
