Summary
Was it…no, it couldn’t be. Surely not. Trinity wasn’t right. Right? That would be crazy. Right? Dennis wasn’t sure.
Only one way to find out.
or
Robby and Dennis are both yearning after each other but are convinced the other doesn't like them back. After a long shift with some confusing signals being sent, they go on a work night out and chaos ensues (thank you Trinity Santos and Jack Abbot)

Summary
"His problem had a name, stupidly big eyes the color of forget me nots and curls so soft they were more or less begging to be swept between somebody’s fingers – Michael would have volunteered in a second, if he only could.
But it was out of question, as his problem was half his age and a R1 at the Emergency Department Michael ran – and not a single day in the past year or so had gone by without him cursing the moment when he’d first laid his gaze on Dennis Whitaker. "
Or: the one where Robby actually gets inpatient treatment after the 4th of July shift, and then goes on a shorter sabbatical than planned.
When he gets home, the very R1 he has asked to house sit is in his apartment, knocked out by a fever brought by wisdom tooth woes. Fluff, chaos and eventual smut ensue.Bookmarked by Cupofcoffe

Summary
“I made a mistake,” Dennis spoke aloud.
“I shouldn't have chosen the ER.” Dennis’ words were firm and decisive, and shook Robby to his core. The hand that was tirelessly brushing through the younger's soft curls stopped - frozen in place.
The entire world appears to be crumbling down for Dennis. He's getting tired, and sloppy, and regrets every decision he makes during his shifts at PTMC. With the new visiting professor observing the ER and anything that moves in it, he feels the confidence he once held inside him starting to slip away from his grasp. Maybe he isn't such a good doctor as he believed himself to be.
