While Ogilvie turned his head, Dennis managed to pull out a sheet of stickers from his left back pocket and stick a ‘Bad Job’ sticker with a thumbs down on the hem of the man’s shirt.
There's a Jane Doe baby in the emergency department. It's not an unusual circumstance, but it's certainly not common. It's a normally in hospital transfer and Dennis gets sent down as usual. If he gets distracted by a certain chief attending, that's no ones business but Dennis'.

Summary
After Baby Jane Doe was found in the bathroom causes Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center's attending Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavich to spiral causing him to go up on the roof for some air. Dana concerned about him texted his husband and PTMC's night attending Dr. Jack Abbot comes to take his husband home.
Dennis with the help of the two attending's figure out the true identity of Baby Jane Doe and he realizes that he doesn't have to be the one holding the world on his shoulders any longer.

Which meant Trinity and Dennis had been away from the hospital for all of forty-five minutes before being rushed back in on stretchers.
“I told you, I’m fine,” she scowled as Dana guided the EMTs toward Central 6. “You’re not even supposed to be here!”
Or: Trinity and Dennis are just trying to make it home, a poorly timed bus accident sends them right back to the Pitt. Luckily they have people (and morphine) to help with their predicament.

Twins are born together, but they do not leave this earth together. That path is walked alone, and Dennis is afraid that Thomas has already started his sprint towards death without him.
