Summary
Merlin, Prince of Dracaneard, only meant to go visit Camelot in secret so he could see the land of prophecy and meet his uncle. He really didn’t intend to save Prince Arthur’s life or be given a job as his manservant for the trouble.
But it’s a good way to get to know the prince who is prophesied to unite Albion and bring back magic by Merlin’s side, isn’t it? And it’s not as if Arthur knows that his newest servant is the crown prince to Camelot’s enemy.
Surely, this won’t turn ten shades of complicated all too soon.

Completely blown away by every single thing about this fic, really. Incredible story, fantastic characters, and plenty of suspenseful/dramatic moments that made me want to read Just One More chapter, even when I had to stop.

Summary
When a deeply-closeted Arthur Pendragon finally earns a spot in Camelot's first XI, he's dead set on breaking records, not one of sport's last taboos. But life, like football, is a funny old game, and sometimes the only way up is out. Especially once he realises he's arse over tit for the new physio.
A queer Arthurian tale of courage, love, and football.

I’m normally cautious about full-on modern AU Merthur but holy hell this fic has absolutely floored me in the best possible way.
All of the characters are so well-written and, while I’m no sports fan, the soccer action was engaging and easy to follow.
The banter and power dynamic between Arthur and Merlin (Em) is fucking top tier deliciousness that I don’t think I’ve come across in a long time.
Love, love, love and I can’t wait to read it again!

Hot, heartbreaking, and healing all in one. I completely adored this one - I’m going to need to read it more than once.

Summary
It is his most precious memory, his most treasured belonging, so infinitely invaluable that he poured it into a crystal for safekeeping. Just that one blink of Arthur. Derisory but immortal at last. Safe from the passage of time. Safe from the vagaries of Merlin’s grief.
Merlin remembers that afternoon. He remembers it clearly, even as he unsheathes his sword.

Summary
Arthur has spent his whole life at the village of Tintagel, building boats and sailing out to the horizon on his daysailer - the Avalon. Having no family and no friends, there is just one person he feels truly connected to: a man he meets in his dreams and whose face or name he can never remember upon waking. Arthur writes him letters, knowing that they'll never be answered, and wishes for nothing more than the mysterious M to find him. Then one day a young man shows up, apparently wanting to purchase a boat, and Arthur finds himself falling harder and faster than he ever thought possible.

Bookmarker's Notes
The imagery of this is everything to me. I have about as much knowledge of sailing as Merlin but I could feel as if I was there with them.
A good reincarnation/memory recovery fic will get me good and this one delivered, especially with Arthur’s dreams and letters.
