Maybe he’d found his way in. “You ‘n I both know the importance of his older brother. You really think that the angels will let Lucifer’s true vessel not house him?” Meg shook her head, knowing the sad truth about her little brother. “The bigger problem is Asmodeus.” Meg’s eyes widened comically and her head whipped to the side to look at him. It would’ve been funny in any other situation. “Dagon heard a rumor that the Bastard Prince,” it was his and Dagon’s snide nickname for Asmodeus. “Is planning to get ahold of our nephew and use him to take hell.”
“Oh, what the fuck?!” Meg grumbled and stood abruptly.
“We can’t let that happen, Meg. We can stop it. All of it.”

"Get away from her!" the girl snarled at Merlin, trying to sidestep Hunith.
"You get away from her!" snapped Merlin. "You're the one waving a sword around!" He didn't have much room to maneuver, and it was ridiculous for him to be hiding behind a woman who was a fraction of his size. But Hunith was clearly trying to stay between them, and he had no particular desire to jump in front of someone who wielded a sword with that much fervor.
"Morgana, listen to me! He isn't dangerous!"
"Are you mad?" Morgana backed up two paces, though she still held her blade at the ready. "That's a bloody dragon!"

Leonard, shocked that anyone thinks it’s possible for Barry Allen to commit petty crime, just watches in shocked silence.
To his surprise, Barry doesn’t splutter out an apology. Instead he shoots him an apologetic look, takes a deep breath, and his posture shifts completely. He looks at the bracelet with a bored expression.
“What is this?” Barry says, his voice more effeminate and snarky than Leonard’s ever heard it. “Did you get this from a 3 for 3 at Claire’s?”
“Oh, fuck you. It’s Swarovski.”
