Summary
We deserve a scene of Haruka and Majima talking after the events of Y5, which very much built up to it! Here is my take on what that might look like.

Majima-san runs a slow, calculating eye over the skittish officers around them, before shifting his gaze back to Haruka. “Alright, kid.” He tilts his head down the hallway and Haruka follows him into a nearby courtyard. They get more than a few looks of concern on the walk. She briefly remembers that she’s still in her idol uniform, covered in bows and shiny buttons while following a man whose every feature is tailored to intimidate and confuse. It’s easy to forget that yakuza are supposed to be scary when the strongest and scariest of them all has been holding your hand in crowds and burning your breakfast on weekends for the past 7 years.Bookmarked by AmberWolfe

Summary
If Daigo had known at the time, a few days ago in Survive bar, that opening up about his feelings just a little would be enough to lead him here, then he may have made some different choices. Not that he could say definitively what those choices would have been–at the moment he was cycling rapidly between either never opening his mouth to begin with or breaching the subject way sooner–but he distinctly felt that there were far better ways for this particular series of events to take place.
