Harry Potter in the Claw of the Raven series, BakenandEggs
Series in which things change because Harry is a much more curious child who finds out information from his visit to the bank which leads to him becoming a Ravenclaw and also embracing 'traditionalist' wizard society manners. Basically harking back to a more feudal & restrictive behaviour. Interesting world building (though unfortunately includes coercive & unbreakable betrothal contracts. At least the author has Harry & his betrothed make an informed decision, but several characters are given no chance to consent).
Overall an entertaining piece, worth reading.

Moving Forward series, BakenandEggs
NCIS and Criminal Minds crossover AU
Tony/JJ isn't a relationship that immediately springs to mind, but here it definitely works. The author has altered some characters a bit (some didn't require much adjustment to become antagonists) but the main changes flow from the central relationship giving each partner more confidence and support. Currently (2026) complete at four parts but there would be scope for more & am hoping the writer feels that urge!

Fix it for MCU. Tony-centric but not a fic in which anybody is really bashed. Written before all the movies were out, so diverges from canon quite majorly after Civil War. This is a GOOD thing. Much more satisfactory.
