“You’re not even reading, dumbass,” he mutters after a while.
“I am.”
“Uh-huh.” Katsuki catches the ball, smirks. “What’s the last sentence?”
Shoto closes the book. “Something about a storm.”
“Liar.” Katsuki tosses the ball aside, leans in, and kisses him, quick and smug. “Guess you’d rather stare at me, hm?”
“You’re not much longer than a sentence,” Shoto hums, hiding his smile behind the book.
Katsuki growls, pushes him back into the pillows, and kisses him again, slower this time, until Shoto’s hand slides up against the side of his neck with a chuckle.
“Better even,” Katsuki mutters against his mouth.
UA is on lockdown after threats against Shoto’s life. The whole class refuses to leave him unprotected, Aizawa never looks away, and Katsuki… well, he’s not about to let anyone touch what’s his.

The hostility in the Todoroki household is definitely the same. He had stopped Touya, but at what cost? His family still wasn't happy. Of course they weren't because he still existed. Shouto, the cause of all their problems. The one that ruined everything.
