As he's being killed in these nightmares his psychiatrist Hannibal Lecter is always watching him, terrorizing him in the corner. Will decides to reach out to him for treatment to end this misfortune only to slowly spiral into self-despair after every treatment. Will he ever find his way out of his hellhole?

Summary
Will Graham wakes up in a hospital after going over the cliff, alone.
