Ardeth could tolerate the thousand and one quirks of her husband, his thousand and one problems, his constant mischief, and his extravagant tastes. He had never blamed him for any of it. On the contrary: He loved him even more. God knew he was infinitely patient with him, loyal even to his most absurd flaws.
But even his infinite patience had limits. And an ivory sculpture carved in the shape of an erect member seemed to have reached them all at once.Jonathan had made him a promise: the “thing” would disappear from the house.
However, Jonathan had never intended to keep it.☆
—“You lied,” Ardeth murmured, his voice hoarse. He leaned further over him, chest pressed against his back, his breath burning the nape of his neck. “It looks like someone needs a bit more… discipline. Don’t you think?”
Jonathan let out a shaky breath, surprised and aroused by how quickly his Medjai had taken control. He wasn’t unfamiliar with their games, but this time the intensity left him breathless.
He exhaled, surrendering and trembling:
—“Yes, sir.”
—“In Arabic, love. I can’t understand you.”
—“Yes, sayyidi.”

Prompt: Better Than GoldThis has taken ages, and it was hard work. But I enjoyed it thoroughly...
...I wish, with the fervor of these days' summer heat, that there were more fics about Ardeth and Jonathan, but those couple that I read have taken me on a wonderful journey. All that I wrote in the previous entry applies.
It's very different to make something for a fandom in which you know no one, for a pairing that is so rare and long gone, so to speak, in comparison to one that is still being written. It's almost like making something just for yourself. And I'm no good at that. As I keep saying, I draw from other peoples ideas. It's also a very strange, weird thought to think that you are one of a handful maybe who has these ideas about a specific pairing these days, lol, seeing how huge the world is.- Bookmarks:
