Notes:

I've been writing this fic for sooooo long so this event was the perfect excuse to post it. It does contain sexual content so be warned!! It starts when you see "&&&" and it ends the same way. This fic also deals with an age gap relationship so if that isn't something you are comfortable with then I will see you on my next post!! I hope you enjoyed the AU Week (I will be posting the ones I didn't get to write before this week the second I'm able to so be warned!).
As always please let me know if you catch any grammar mistake and comments and kudos are greatly appreciated.

Work Text:

Caitlyn Kiramman huffed annoyed as she heard footsteps approaching from behind. She didn’t need to turn around to know who it was. The soft breeze made sure she got a whiff of his scent as he approached. The mixture of rubber and oil reached her before the alpha loomed over her. She was on her knees, hands deep on soil as she replanted some of her flowers. His shadow covered her, forcing her eyes to move up frustratedly.

“Can you move? You are covering the light,” she growled before continuing.

Vi Warvick moved to the side, his eyes never leaving the omega in front of him. A smirk appeared on his lips as he finally smelled her scent, fresh cut grass and rainy nights filling his lungs. He took in the sight, appreciating Caitlyn’s choice of wardrobe. The tight tanktop she was wearing left little to the imagination while her jeans accentuated the curve of her ass, a cute sunhat on her head. He was suddenly feeling hotter and it had nothing to do with the sun.

“Good evening, Miss Kiramman.” He made sure not to drop his voice too much, knowing that the woman would glare at him. “Lovely day to tend to the garden, isn’t it?”

The omega’s eyes flickered once again but this time she took her time to check him out. He was wearing cargo pants and an oiled-stained flannel with its sleeves rolled up, allowing her to get a glimpse of his strong arms. A messenger bag hung from his shoulder, some pins covering the strap and keychains decorating the zippers. If I only were a couple years younger, she thought for a split second before shaking her head, erasing any image of those arms around her body.

“What do you want, Vi?” She asked, her voice dripping with annoyance.

His smirk fell for a second, a hint of hesitation appearing in his eyes. “I wanted to see you.” He shoved his hands into his pockets, his gaze dropping to the ground before looking back at the omega. He looked ruggedly handsome and Caitlyn couldn’t stop the ripple of arousal that went down her spine. Vi cleared his throat before giving her a soft smile. “What are you planting?”

He sounded genuinely interested but the omega doubted his intentions. She focused back on her task, using a hand shovel to prepare the soil for the new plant. “Violets,” she finally answered, her voice cold and detached but the alpha caught the way her eyes shone as she spoke. “I had them on a flowerpot inside but they’ve grown too much, I needed to move them.” She kept working but stole one more glance at the alpha. “Coming back from work?” She surprised herself with the question.

Vi instantly lit up, excited that the woman asked him something instead of cutting the conversation short. “Yeah! I had the first shift. Luckily I only had to work on one car, but it was so run down that it took most of my shift.”

The omega bit down on her lower lip, hesitating for a split second before dusting her hands and standing up. She took off her gloves and glanced at the alpha, straightening her back slightly to make sure she seemed taller. Her height usually scared off alphas, all of them used to shorter omegas, but not Vi. He even seemed more enamoured because she was taller than him.

“Could I ask your opinion with something, seeing that you are here?” She mumbled, still unsure if it was the right idea.

Vi’s eyes widened before he nodded eagerly. “Yeah sure! What’s up?”

“It’s my car. It’s been making a clanking sound and it scares me a bit. I don’t want it to fail on me in the middle of the street.”

He nodded again, scratching his throat thoughtfully. “I could check it out now if you want me to, or you could bring it over to the shop tomorrow.”

“I couldn’t possibly ask you to do it now,” she tried to refrain but the alpha was quick to stop her.

“I have the time, it can be a quick thing. If it is anything serious I will tell you, if it isn’t I might be able to help now.”

Caitlyn wasn’t sure what she was doing. Vi had stopped by on his way to his home a couple of times. Ever since she moved into the house two doors down from his he seemed enthralled by her. She couldn’t for the love of God figure out why but she didn’t want to give him hope. He was younger than her, he needed to go out and find himself an omega more of his age. But at that moment she couldn’t bring herself to push him away. She wanted him to stay, she wanted him to help her. Her jaw clenched for a second before she nodded.

“Give me a second, I will take it out of the garage so you can work on it on the driveway,” she shoved her gloves in her pocket before walking inside her place, peeking back over her shoulder at the alpha. Once she was hidden from his sight she allowed herself to take a shaky breath, calming down and walking to her car. She did as she told Vi and got off the car, blushing slightly at the way he was staring at her. The car made the sound that got her worried as she drove it out of the garage and she breathed out in relief that it happened in that moment, leaving her with the excuse that he already heard it to take a step back. “Are you sure you can work on it now?”

“Positive,” he dropped the bag on the floor and took out a rag. “Just give me a few, I think I know what's wrong.” He popped open the hood and leaned over the engine, his hands touching places that Caitlyn wouldn’t dream of getting her fingers close to.

While he focused on the car the omega put on her gloves and continued her work, doing her best to not stare at the alpha as he worked but failing constantly. She had the perfect view from where she kneeled, the way his cargo pants tightened against his thighs and ass as he leaned forward, his shoulder blades moving under the flannel and his hands touching the engine delicately almost forced a gasp to escape her lips.

She could hear the movement of his hands against the engine, tapping metal to make sure it wasn’t loose and tightening any bolt he deemed too loose. She was going crazy, the knowledge that he was working on her car was innocent enough, but the image of him lifting her so she could sit on the hood of her own car, the ghost of his touch in her skin was anything but pure.

“Aha!” He exclaimed, pulling her out of her daydream. He was still focused on his task so she managed to calm herself down enough to be able to hide her flustered state. “There you are, you little weasel,” he placed his foot on the tire and pulled himself up, stretching to grab something. She had to cover her mouth to hide the sigh that left her lips.

“What was it?” She asked, cursing at herself as she heard the breathlessness of her tone.

He turned around, a twig between his fingers. He was smiling widely, his eyes crinkling and giving him more of a youthful air. “This little fella was dancing around your gears, Miss Kiramman.” His arms were a bit dirty, stained with oil and a small scratch that went up the side of his forearm.

Her eyes went wide as she stared at a drop of blood sliding down his skin. “Vi! You are hurt!” She scrambled to her feet, making her way to him.

The alpha frowned confused before checking his arms, noticing the scratch. He waved his hand, trying to dismiss her concern. “It’s nothing, Miss Kiramman. I’ve gotten worse cuts when I’m at work. I can take care of it once I’m home.”

“Oh! How dare you think I will allow you to go home like this! Wait here,” she didn’t pay attention to his attempt to stop her, glaring at him over her shoulder as she hurried inside for the first aid kit.

The glare was enough to force Vi to stay in place, using his rag to clean the rest of his arms as best as he could. If anyone asked, he would deny it, but the forceful way the omega had just talked in had turned him on slightly, the back of his neck red as he bounced on the ball of his feet impatiently.

He wouldn’t dare to say it out loud any time soon, but the older woman was everything he had dreamt of in a partner. He grinned as he thought about the fact that she was so worried about his arm even if the scratch was the tiniest thing ever. She was beautiful even when she frowned. It was no secret that Miss Kiramman was one of the prettiest women in town, her blue hair was starting to have gray highlights, giving her an air of sophistication that turned heads anywhere she went. She had wrinkles around her eyes and lips, a testament of a lifetime of smiles and it weakened Vi. He wanted nothing more than to add to those wrinkles, giving her reasons to smile for the rest of her life.

She was tall, taller than most omegas around, and the few inches that she had on him forced him to tilt his head slightly to catch her eyes, and it was worth it. She even wore heels on her day to day and anytime he ran into her while she wore them his mind filled with unholy thoughts about her wearing them and only them.

He was so lost in thought that he didn’t hear her approach, his eyes focused on the garden she had just been tending.

“Mister Warvick,” she called out again, growing impatient. The alpha finally locked eyes with her, waking up from his gaze. “I asked you to sit down, will you do it please?”

He was quick to oblige, Caitlyn could almost see an excited tail wagging behind him as he sat down, his eyes staring holes into her as she kneeled down and grabbed his wrist. She pulled his arm closer to her so she could glance down at the scratch. It was truly nothing, as he had claimed before, but the omega didn’t care. She should’ve let him go without a fight, but her heart screamed at the injury and she could only think about the fact that it might be the only time she was able to touch his skin with an excuse.

His skin was warm under her fingertips and she could feel the way it got goosebumps while she brushed her nails up until they got to the small scratch, her hands quickly grabbing everything she needed to clean it. It didn’t take long and once she put a bandaid over the injury she had no choice but to stand back up and step back, leaving Vi sitting down.

The alpha’s mind was reeling as he felt the older woman’s fingers on his arm, he had to fight the groan that wanted to leave his throat as her fingertips brushed up his skin. He felt as if he had died and gone to Heaven, and the sight of the woman on her knees in front of him had burnt itself into his eyelids, making it the only thing he could see once his eyes fluttered close.

“You should go, it’s getting late,” the omega mumbled as she put on her gloves once again. “Thank you for helping me with the car. How much do I owe you?”

“Oh!” Even when he tried he was unable to hide the disappointment he felt, his smile dropping into a small one. “You don’t owe me anything, Miss Kiramman. I’m happy to help,” he grabbed his satchel before rubbing the back of his neck. “I guess I will see you around.”

Her eyes stayed on his back as he started to walk away, making his way to his home. But just as he was about to disappear from sight he froze, opening his bag and searching from something inside of it. Vi quickly made his way back to her driveway, his cheeks pink with a blush as he looked anywhere but her.

“I forgot, I got you this,” he stumbled over his words, his hand already presenting her a small box. The omega frowned, her fingers delicately grabbing the present. She was just about to ask him about it when he nodded, a hint of a smile on his lips. “That’s all, see you around ma’am.”

He didn’t allow her to react as he took off running down the street, his figure vanishing into the shadows, leaving her standing dumbfounded in her garden. She forgot about the flowers instantly, her eyes fixated on the box in her hands. She hurried back home, closing the door and dropping the gloves on the living room table before walking to her room, eyeing the present as if it was her most precious possession.

She hesitated for a second, resting the small box on her mattress as she thought it over for a moment. The alpha wouldn’t give her something that would harm her physically, that was for sure. But she couldn’t help but wonder if opening the present would be opening her heart and allowing it to get hurt.

She was scared. Scared of the way Vi made her feel. Scared of the way her chest burned when she was surrounded by his perfume. Scared of the fact that even when she acted as cold as she was able, he would still visit her with a smile. And most of all, she was scared that this was simply a passing infatuation for him, a momentary fun that would end the second she found himself a younger omega, one without wrinkles and graying hair.

Her fingers trembled as they got near the top of the box, her teeth gnawing at her lower lip, drawing blood. The curiosity was too much, even if she didn’t want to admit it to herself, Caitlyn wanted whatever was inside that box. Her eyes fluttered close for a split second as she opened the box, her heart pounding against her chest.

It was a necklace. The most beautiful necklace Caitlyn had ever seen. It was a simple silver chain but with an intricate flower charm, a clump of forget-me-nots hanging from it. The omega’s eyes filled with tears as she brought it closer to her eyes, her fingers grazing the petals as gently as she would touch her own flowers, afraid that the small touch would make the petals fall down. A hand shot up to her mouth, muffling a sob. Her eyes flickered to the box, a note resting on the bottom of it.

A flower that won’t wither for the prettiest flower around.

Caitlyn wouldn’t see Vi for a week after that. She was wearing the necklace (to be honest, she had put it on that night and never took it off) and was once again working on her garden. Her days had been long and tiring, the men in her firm were driving her mad the past few weeks as they all got ready for a big trial. She wanted nothing more than to throw a laptop to one of them after he made a comment that had her fuming for hours. She wasn’t in her best mood, but playing with her necklace at work and coming back home to tend to her flowers had calmed her down significantly.

Like so many times before, she caught a whiff of his scent before she was able to hear his footsteps approaching. But this time she couldn’t bring herself to frown, instead her shoulders dropped relaxed, as if they had been waiting for his presence to finally relax.

“Miss Kiramman?” He called out softly. “Good evening.”

The omega couldn’t help but gulp as his voice blanketed over her, glancing over her shoulder to the imposing figure of the alpha, his hands shoved on the pockets of his jacket, a flannel with the first buttons loose, allowing her to get a glimpse at more skin than usual. He had a splash of motor oil on his cheek and his hair was ruffled, as if someone had run their fingers through the strands.

“Good evening, Vi. How are you today?” Her hands continued her work, moving the soil and making sure everything was watered correctly.

The question was enough to light up Vi’s face, his posture relaxing instantly as the attention the omega was giving him was enough. “I had an easy day, to be honest. Not much work today so I got to slow down and take breaks. How about yours, Miss Kiramman?”

The omega stood up, she had long changed her heels for flats, her feet hurting after using her brand new shoes the whole day. Even then she had a few inches on Vi and she made sure to show it off. She dusted her hands and glanced at the alpha in front of her, noticing how his eyes instantly tried to find a hint of the necklace he had gifted her. But it was under her blouse and she had made sure it wouldn’t be visible. His face dropped, the disappointment obvious in his eyes.

“I had a long day, Vi. But I was hoping you would stop by, I have something for you.”

The alpha froze, his eyes widening as his mind raced through every possibility. It didn’t take a genius to figure out that he had landed on the conclusion that she was about to return his gift, seeing that according to him she wasn’t wearing it. His eyes got watery as he tried to smile. “Alright,” he whispered, ready for the rejection.

Caitlyn walked towards him and the second she saw his teary eyes she stopped, nibbling on her lower lip as her fingers went to her neck, pulling the necklace free for him to see before continuing her way to her house. “Give me a moment,” she called out.

Vi couldn’t believe his luck. He was distraught once he thought the omega had decided to reject his gift, but the subtle movement of her fingers revealing that she was actually wearing the necklace brought a soft blush to his face. He grinned widely, his hand coming up to cover his mouth in an attempt to hide his happiness. His eyes flickered down to his satchel, another small gift hiding between her work clothes. He couldn’t wait to give it to Caitlyn, but he wasn’t sure if he was going to survive receiving a present from her.

The sound of footsteps brought him out of his thoughts, his eyes glancing at the omega. The sun had started to go down, the orange tint making her eyes turn a softer color as she stared at him, an envelope in her hands. The necklace he had given her was now proudly around her neck, glinting under the light. He couldn’t help but stand up straighter, proud that his choice had been the right one.

“Here,” the older woman muttered, offering him the envelope. “Thank you for the necklace. I love it,” her voice was gentler as her free hand came up to play with the flower charm. “I hope you like this.”

His eyebrow shot up as he grabbed the offered gift, looking inside and pulling out two tickets for the aquarium. His chest warmed up as he read the information. “How did you know…?”

“Your bag is filled with shark pins,” the woman interrupted, trying to sound non-chalant. “I assumed you liked them. I guess I was right.”

In truth, Vi couldn’t be happier. He loved the sea and anything that came from it, Vander had taken him out on a boat more times than he could count, allowing him to swim and dive around while Jinx and him hung around at the boat. He loved the aquarium and had a soft spot for sharks, always defending them when someone mischaracterized them because of those movies, as he loved to call them. It had been so long since he last visited the place, life getting too busy for an impromptu visit to the animal sanctuary, but he now had the perfect excuse.

“I love them,” his voice was barely a whisper and the way the alpha’s eyes sparkled as he stared at the tickets, looking at them as if they were made of gold, caused a blush to appear in the omega’s cheeks. “So, when are we going?”

We?” Her voice went up a notch as her eyes widened at the question.

“Well, yeah, you gave me two tickets,” he frowned for a moment. “Unless you don’t want to.”

“I bought two because I assumed you would go with someone, not with me. I don’t know, your sister, a friend, even a… a girl,” her voice cracked for a moment. “I didn’t want you to go alone, I didn’t want you to feel obligated to ask me to join. You can go with someone else, Vi. I won’t be offended.”

“I want to go with you, Miss Kiramman.” His voice was firm, almost convincing her that what he was saying was the truth. “Why would I go with anyone else?”

“Please, Vi,” she whispered tiredly. “I don’t need buttering up, I honestly think you should take someone else, I heard there’s a new omega in town around your age, why don’t you just-?”

No,” he interrupted, his tone leaving no room for questioning. The omega tensed up, the way he was speaking forced a shiver down her spine as warmth filled her stomach. “I want to go with you, Caitlyn.”

The older woman could have moaned at the sound of him saying her name for the first time, her skin warming up instantly as she stared at the intense way he was looking at her. There was no way to say no, even if she still felt as if he was asking her because he felt he had to.

“Alright,” she finally relented. “But I am not sure when we can go. I bought the tickets so they last two weeks, so we have a couple of days before they expire.”

Her acceptance brought the biggest grin to his lips, to the point she wondered if his cheeks hurt. “I’m free this Friday after 3 p.m, does that work for you?”

The omega thought about it for a moment before nodding. “I’m free too, but are you sure you want me to join, Vi? I’m serious when I say you can take anyone else, I won’t mind.” She prayed the small lie went unnoticed. She wouldn’t mind if he took his sister or a friend, but she would’ve mind if he chose to take some other woman as a date. She knew she had no right to feel jealous, but the thought of him walking around the aquarium with some other omega with the tickets she bought for him made her heart ache.

“I won’t take anyone else, Miss Kiramman. If you don’t go with me I will either go alone or just throw away the tickets,” his voice was rougher, almost a threat and the sound embedded itself on Caitlyn’s mind. She couldn’t help but wonder if he sounded like that in other scenarios and she had to look away to hide the hint of shyness that came with the mental image. “I’ll pick you up on Friday then.” He grinned widely before rummaging through his satchel, the movement familiar to Caitlyn now. He offered her another small box. “And I got these for you, but just so you know, I don’t expect another couple of tickets for these. I just thought they would look good on you. Anyways, see you Friday.”

He didn’t allow her to react, taking off as fast as he could, leaving her behind with another gift in her hands. She didn’t know what to think as she opened the gift without even walking inside her home, a couple of earrings resting on a pillow. They were simple and tiny, but the design made her smile as she pulled one free and closer to her eyes. A silver seashell glinted under the sun, a small token of Vi’s love for the sea only for her. Another note laid in front of her, the alpha’s handwriting starting to become familiar as she read it.

I hope you like them, Miss Kiramman.

Friday couldn’t come fast enough.

It took everything in Caitlyn not to walk to Vi’s house before the arranged date, her nerves wanting to get it over with sooner rather than later, but she managed to wait until Friday. She was wearing a sundress that reached just below her knees. The fabric was white with silver thread woven into it and it was cut just right to enhance her cleavage while looking conservative. She had the earrings and the necklace on, the silver on them matching the details on her dress. She had also chosen to wear heels, even though she was sure she would regret it later that evening. The omega was fussing over her hair, her fingers trembling as she glanced down at her outfit and hesitated for the tenth time that day.

Is it too late to cancel this? She asked herself, her teeth almost breaking the skin of her lower lip as she thought. Caitlyn wasn’t sure why she had allowed herself to be so easily manipulated, she should’ve insisted more and gotten him to take someone else to the aquarium. But his eyes, Oh God his eyes, looking up at her filled with hope, a shy smile but a stern request breaking down any barrier she had tried to put between them.

Her doorbell rang and she tensed up. Vi was outside, he was waiting for her. Her eyes glanced over to the robe thrown over a chair. She could quickly put it on and pretend she was sick, giving the alpha no other choice but to go with someone else… Her hand inched closer to the robe until a glint of silver caught her attention. The earrings he had given her shone brightly under the overhead light, a gift that the alpha had taken time of his day to find her. A gift just because.

The older woman could hear him squirming outside, nervously waiting for her to finally open the door. She needed to make a choice. She stepped closer to the front door, grasping the robe tightly in her hands until she heard him muttering on her porch. Soft words of encouragement were being mumbled under his breath as he double checked the time. Caitlyn couldn’t stop the smile that crept into her lips, finally dropping the robe to the couch and opening the door softly.

She had had a lot of time to imagine what he would wear for this unofficial date. She had dreamt of how handsome he would look. But the real thing was so much better. God she had never seen him so dapper, his black slacks were almost painted to his legs, the short sleeved button down he had chosen revealing the arms she had fantasized about for so many nights were out in the open and Caitlyn had to force herself to stop staring. He had forgone a jacket, the weather finally warm enough to walk around for hours before feeling the chill of the nights.

“Miss Kiramman, I…” His voice broke the silence and she felt a shiver down her spine as she noticed his eyes taking her outfit. “You look… Wow.”

The way he was looking at her paired with the speechlessness he was suffering were enough to steal a giggle from the omega. “I’m not overdressed, am I? It’s been too long since I last went to the aquarium. Should I go back and change?”

“No!” The word sounded almost desperate. “You look amazing. Don’t change. If anyone has a problem with how you are dressed they can fight me… I mean… I just,” he cleared his throat before smiling shyly.

“Alright, I won’t change,” she echoed the smile before stepping out of her home. “Shall we?”

“Yes, of course. I didn’t want to assume but I brought my car, is that alright or would you rather we take your car?”

The older woman subtly gulped, her eyes flickering once again to his arms as the image of him driving flooded her mind. “If you don’t mind driving I would appreciate it.”

His smile widened as he nodded. “Of course!” He hesitated for a moment before offering her his arm. “Let’s go.”

Caitlyn clutched the offered arm, a gentle blush in her face as they walked to the car. She couldn’t remember the last time she felt like this. The alpha was truly charming, making her feel like a princess even at her age. Her throat closed up for a split second as she thought about the fortunate omega that would be mated with him. He deserved someone that appreciated all his gestures, someone that found herself wanting to giggle as he opened the car door for them, like she was feeling as Vi did exactly that.

“Do you want to put on some of your music?” He offered as he started the car.

The omega frowned for a second, glancing down at her bag before shaking her head. “Whatever you listen to is fine by me. I don’t really use my phone to listen to music so I don’t have anything downloaded.”

“Then how do you listen to music in the car, Miss Kiramman?” He curiously asked before pressing play, a soft jazzy song starting to fill the silence.

Her blush worsened, “I still have CDs, I have my favorites in my glove compartment and I just use that.” She shyly admitted, feeling self-conscious of her age again.

“Oh!” He grinned before stretching his arm towards his own glove compartment, his eyes focused on the road ahead. “Check it out then!”

Caitlyn felt her blood warming up at the sight of his arm so close to her body but quickly forgot about it once she peered into the compartment. A box filled with CDs, not unlike her own, rested inside it. “You still have CDs?” She was surprised as she checked them out.

“Yeah! I prefer them. I love physical media, y’know? More difficult to take away from me.” His smile dropped for a second, subtle enough that if Caitlyn hadn’t been paying close attention to the alpha, she might’ve missed it.

Her fingers went through the different CDs, totally different genres and singers but something so uniquely Vi that made the omega smile. Her eyes focused on one particular album, pulling it free from the box to read more about it.

“You have great taste, Mister Warvick.” The woman muttered under her breath as she grasped the first CD that caught her eye and put it into the CD player.

“Well thank you, Miss Kiramman,” he playfully said, his eyes sparkling almost prideful from being on Caitlyn’s nice side. “So, are you excited about seeing the animals?”

The omega was thankful to the change of subject, brushing some of her graying hair off her face before nodding, trying to keep her gaze anywhere but Vi’s arms. “Yes, I wanted to see if we could find one of those donation posts too.”

“Really? I know exactly where they are, I can take us there.” The alpha’s smile was almost blinding. “It’s nice of you to donate to them.”

“They do amazing work on the shelter part of the space. I’ve followed them on their accounts just to check on their newest arrivals.”

“Tell me the truth, did you cry like a baby when they released Taroto the turtle back to the sea?”

The blush that overtook the woman’s face was bright and quick to appear, her mouth opening and closing for a few seconds before nodding. “A bit, yes.” Caitlyn tried to seem non-chalant, as if she had not sobbed for hours, rewatching the clip of the turtle swimming peacefully away from shore.

“Oh I full on ugly sobbed!” Vi admitted. “It was so sweet, I worried my sister because she couldn’t understand why it was affecting me so much.”

The image of Vi in his bed, crying like a toddler over a turtle and worrying her family caused a giggle to escape Caitlyn’s lips, something she tried to hide but was quickly shown that she had failed.

“Huh, you think it is funny, Miss Kiramman?” The alpha jokingly growled, the rough sound making the older woman clutch her purse tightly to conceal the tremor on her hands. “It is funny though,” Vi finally relented, his smile softer than before. “But in my defense, I had had a couple of rough weeks at college and work had been a mess, so it was a nice moment to just cry my problems away.”

The blue-haired woman softened her gaze before glancing at the alpha, noticing how his smile had become a bit tense, obviously feeling a bit out of depth and not knowing if Caitlyn had been giggling mockingly or simply because.

“I find it endearing that you cried over Taroto, Vi.” She finally confessed. “Most alphas would never be able to admit it, it is sweet that you can just say it.” She nibbled on her lower lip before talking once again. “I actually curled up in bed and ate ice cream once I realized that they were releasing her.”

The admission made the alpha grin widely. “What type of ice-cream, Miss Kiramman?”

“Dark chocolate,” she answered, frowning slightly at the change of subject.

“Oh I love dark chocolate too! I tried it for the first time while I was overseas and I fell in love.” He checked the mirrors as he drove, giving Caitlyn a view of his neck.

“You went overseas?”

“Yeah! I was in an exchange students program for a year. I ended up studying in Italy.”

If Vi noticed the hitch in Caitlyn’s breath, he did not mention it. “Italy?”

“Mhm,” he nodded as he drove into the aquarium parking lot. “I went over there two years ago, I was getting ready to write my thesis and when I was asked if I wanted a change of air before focusing on that I said hell yes.” He wrapped his arm around the back of Caitlyn’s seat, checking over his shoulder as he parked in reverse at a free spot. “Are you ready, Miss Kiramman?”

Caitlyn was speechless as she stared at Vi. This alpha was not only a sweet person, strong and beautiful but it turns out he most likely knew Italian? She could’ve swooned right then. “I… Yes, I’m ready.” She shakily said before slipping out of the car, trying to calm her blush down.

“Thank you for joining me, by the way.” The redhead mumbled as he offered her his arm. “I know you were a bit hesitant but I truly wanted to come with you.”

The omega couldn’t stop her fingers from twitching, wanting to press tighter against the muscles under the shirt. “I just wanted you to have a nice day, Vi. I didn’t think a day out with me was a lot of fun, that’s why I insisted for you to bring someone else… a date perhaps.” She whispered the last part.

“A date with you is way better, Miss Kiramman.”

Caitlyn’s eyes shot towards Vi, noticing the subtle blush on his cheeks. “Date?”

His smile widened at the way she was staring. “Yes, Caitlyn, a date.”

“Vi,” she started, only to be interrupted by him.

“If you truly do not want this I will back off, but please at least allow me to try to charm you, Miss Kiramman.” He said, his free hand coming up to brush some of her graying hair from her eyes. “If by the time I drive you home you don’t want anything to do with me I will stop bothering you. Just give me one chance.” He practically begged.

Caitlyn simply stared at him, her face reddening under his eyes. “Alright, just one.” She surprised herself as she whispered her agreement but once she saw the happiness on his face she was unable to change her heart. She would show him that she wasn’t right for him for once and for all. He would surely end up bored of her by the end of the date… right?

They made their way towards the entrance, Vi’s arm wrapping around her waist and pulling her closer to his side. “There are too many people, make sure to stay nearby alright?” He leaned in and whispered on her ear before kissing her cheek, pulling away with a mischievous smile. “Let’s go check on my little sharks!”

Where a confident alpha used to stand, a childish redhead appeared. His eyes were full of wonder as he chatted away with every fact he could remember, enjoying the way Caitlyn would stop to read every description and fun fact on the walls. The omega suddenly rubbed her temple, the strain of reading without her glasses, the lack of bright lights and the screaming of running children finally catching up to her. The movement didn’t go unnoticed by the alpha, who simply pulled her even closer to him and guided her to the small park outside the aquarium so they could have a small moment.

“Everything alright, Miss Kiramman?” He asked, keeping his voice as quiet as possible. He had experience dealing with people with migraines, his sister got them way too often and he was usually the one helping her through them. “Do you need anything?”

A kid screamed closer to them, the omega suddenly flinching and unconsciously burying her head on Vi’s shoulder to try and muffle the noises. The redhead tensed up for a small moment before wrapping his arms tightly around her, swaying them softly before walking behind a tree, trying to put as much space as he could from the playground.

“I’ve got you, Miss Kiramman.” He whispered.

It would take a while for the older woman to calm down, her lungs filling with the alpha’s scent and making her slightly dizzy before she could finally step back. “I apologize, Vi. This must not be how you wanted the date to end up, huh?” She tried to joke, her jaw clenched as a small pang of pain broke through.

“Hey,” he used his finger to make her meet his gaze. “I got to have you in my arms for 10 minutes, you think I’m complaining?” He playfully muttered, moving his eyebrows to try and get her to laugh.

And the way he was glancing at her, his bushy eyebrows jumping up and down won him a chuckle. “Do you have water?” She asked roughly as she rummaged through her bag for her medicine pouch.

“I can go get it, are you well enough to stay here?” He glanced at her worriedly, helping her towards a bench.

“I’ll be fine, darling.”

She wouldn’t have noticed her slip of tongue if it weren’t for Vi’s blushing face. “I will be right back.” He hesitated before leaving a soft kiss on her temple. “Don’t go anywhere.”

Caitlyn was left sitting, her hand rising to touch the warm spot where his lips brushed before he ran off. She took a deep breath, her eyes going around and watching the families walking through the playground. The hint of a smile that was finally appearing on her face suddenly disappeared.

She had always wanted a big family. A partner, a couple of kids and a few pets to come home to. But life wasn’t kind to her. She glanced back to where Vi had run to. He had a lifetime ahead on him, he didn’t need an old omega dragging him down. She wondered if she could escape before he came back, her eyes moving to a side door, if she could just leave, catch a bus back home and forget about the alluring alpha running around the aquarium. She was about to stand up when she got a whiff of his scent. She still had time to run away, she knew she could do it. But the idea of leaving him behind, of him wondering what happened, broke her heart.

Instead of running she simply looked towards where she knew Vi would appear from, her hand finally grabbing her migraine medicine. A wide, albeit hurt, smile appeared on her face as he rounded the corner, a water bottle in his hands.

“You would not believe what just happened,” he said, making sure to keep his voice quiet. He offered the bottle as he sat down next to her.

“What happened?” She asked curiously, taking her medicine before glancing at him. His side profile was carved by the finest artist and the omega found herself enamoured with the slope of his nose.

“A kid got lost inside and followed me around for a bit before I realized that I had a shadow.” He laughed softly. “Turns out I have the same color hair as his dad and he simply followed the color.”

Caitlyn’s tension was starting to go away, her head lolling for a second before she rested it on his shoulder. “Did you find his parents or did you just take him to security?”

“Oh no, I found the parents. They weren’t too far away, I just picked the kid up so he could see over the crowd and he screamed his dad’s nickname. Turns out the kid calls him Tomato so I suddenly found myself holding a kid as if he was a boombox while he yelled tomato out loud.”

The story managed to steal a laugh from the omega’s lips, her fingers wrapping around his arms as she scooted closer to him unconsciously. “At least you helped.”

“Yeah.” He kept quiet for a while, gently resting his head on top of hers as they looked at the aquarium and playground. “Do you want to go back home?” He asked. “I understand if you want to rest up.”

“I want to stay, Vi. I’m having a great time.”

“Okay,” he answered breathlessly. “Shall we go back inside?”

Caitlyn nodded, hesitating for just a split second before allowing her fingers to run down the alpha’s arm and tangle their fingers together. “Lead the way, Vi.”

The bright smile that stayed on his face was enough reward for her.

The moment the car came to a stop in front of Caitlyn’s driveway the air shifted. The omega glanced towards her date, a twitch of her mouth the only indication that she was trying to find what to say at that moment.

“I had a great time, Miss Kiramman.” The alpha was faster, his voice wavering slightly as he looked at the front door. “I almost want to drive away before you step out so the date can keep going,” he tried to joke around.

The older woman clutched her purse, a sigh escaping her lips before straightening her back. “It was a beautiful day…” she thought for a moment before correcting herself, “date. A beautiful date. But it has to stop, Vi. You should go out with a younger omega. I am not good for you,” she whispered as her hand reached for the handle. “Thank you for an amazing memory, though.”

The redhead frowned before grasping the woman’s wrist, stopping her from walking away. “Wait, I don’t understand. I thought…” He blushed, an endearing sight that almost broke Caitlyn’s nerves. “I thought we could do this again.”

“No,” she tried to stand her ground. “I’m too old for you, Mister Warvick and…”

“Do I look like I care about that?” Vi growled, the sound forcing the blue-haired woman to lock eyes with him. “Look, if you do not like me that’s alright. If you think I’m too childish or whatever I’ll understand. But do not pull away because you think you are not good enough. If anything I’m not good enough for you! You are this…” He huffed, his free hand running through his hair. “You are incredible, Caitlyn. You are smart, beautiful and so fucking sophisticated. I would understand if you do not like me back because I know I’m not a lot! I work as a mechanic to pay for my tuition as I finish my last classes and prepare a fucking thesis on a topic that people do not care about but I am trying my best to be good for you!”

Caitlyn’s eyes misted over as she heard the small desperation covering the alpha’s words, her body warming at the words and shivering because of the feeling of his fingers on her skin.

“I don’t,” she gulped, her words wavering, using her fingers to brush away from tears. “I’m too old for you, Vi.”

“I don’t care. Please, if it truly is because of that, don’t push me away.” He leaned in, resting his forehead on her shoulder, his scent surrounding her. After a split second the omega felt some wetness falling onto her dress. “I really like you, Caitlyn. Please,” his voice cracked. “Please don’t push me away.”

From the omega’s point of view, she had two options. Shut him out and pretend she didn’t feel her heart racing anytime he was near only to protect herself from heartbreak or give in, admit her feelings and put herself out there, praying that his feelings weren’t as fleeting as she feared they were. She lifted her hand, running her fingers through the red mane that was currently tickling her collarbone before cupping his cheek, guiding him away from his hiding spot. His eyes were bloodshot as he tried to hold his tears but a few managed to escape.

Caitlyn’s shoulders fell as she gently dried his face, a softer gaze on her eyes. “Come with me,” she asked. “I don’t think your car is an appropriate place to have this conversation.”

They made their way inside quietly, Vi pausing for a second before taking hold of her hand, tangling their fingers together as they had done at the aquarium. Caitlyn’s lips twitched, just shy of a smile.

“Do you want anything to drink?” She asked politely as she took her jacket off and hung it, offering to do the same with Vi’s jacket.

“I’m fine, Miss Kiramman.”

“Caitlyn,” she whispered. “If we are going to have this conversation, I need you to call me Caitlyn.”

Vi couldn’t stop the small smile at being permitted to use her first name. “Alright, Caitlyn,” he said, looking as if he was savoring the name now that it was allowed.

She guided him to the couch, going to the kitchen for a moment to pour herself some wine and a glass of water for the alpha either way. She sat down on the other corner of the couch, pulling her legs behind her as she swirled the red around on her glass.

“I’m scared,” she admitted after a few moments of silence. “What if this is just an infatuation, Vi? I cannot go through another heartbreak. My last relationship,” she hesitated for a moment. “My last relationship broke me. We were married for six years, planning to finally have a family.” She dropped her gaze to the wine as she prepared herself. “I have some fertility problems,” she whispered so quietly that if it weren’t because of Vi’s focus on her he would’ve missed it. “I went to a few fertility clinics to try and get myself ready to finally carry her children. I was tired most of the time, the treatments taking all of me. I tried everything. Pills, injections, anything that could remotely help me with my fertility.”

Her voice broke and she angrily wiped the stubborn tears that started to fall. A hand wrapped around her wrist again as Vi scooted closer, taking the glass delicately from her hand, resting it on the coffee table before hugging her without uttering one word.

“She left me for someone else. Turns out she had been sleeping with a friend of a friend that we met together and that omega did end up pregnant.”

His grip tightened around her and his jaw clenched as he tried to calm his anger down. He wanted to hunt that alpha down and break her nose for hurting the beautiful woman in his arms. The alpha inhaled deeply, enjoying the way Caitlyn’s scent filled his lungs before he left a soft kiss on the crown of her head.

“She didn’t even tell me. She just packed her bags one day while I was at work and left me a note with the divorce papers already signed by her.” She whispered as she snuggled closer to his body, the warmth that it emanated slowly lulling her into a sense of comfort.

“I’m not her, Caitlyn.” He finally spoke up.

“I know. But…”

“No, no buts. I’m not her.”

“Vi,” she whispered. “I am not sure I can give you a proper life.”

“I never wanted a proper life,” he pulled away to look down at the omega. “My life is a mess. My family is a mess. But this?” He leaned in to leave a kiss on her cheek. “This is the only thing that feels right for me. Look, I’m not going to sit here and say I don’t see myself in the future having children, because I do want that. But there are so many ways to have a kid, Caitlyn. If my family taught me anything, it is that we are not always bonded by blood. I always thought that if I could I would want to adopt, to foster. I am not like your ex because not having biological children would never make me leave you.”

The omega simply gaped as he talked, his eyes filled with a love and warmth that blanketed over her and allowed her to finally break down. She started to sob. She sobbed for the 20 years old Caitlyn that sat at the doctor’s office and froze as she was told that she would struggle to have children. She sobbed for the 32 years old Caitlyn that came back home one day, her body aching from the latest treatment and instead of finding a nice dinner and a warm bed she found an empty house and divorce papers on her table.

She sobbed for the 42 years old Caitlyn that found herself falling in love with the redhead that was currently hugging her, with the alpha that would smile when he noticed her wrinkles and that instead of hating her for not being a perfect omega found a solution that would allow them to finally get what they both wanted.

Vi gently pulled the woman to his lap, resting his chin on her head as she curled up on his chest. Her body slowly melted into his, the sobbing that was breaking his heart changing into sniffs.

“I’m such a mess,” the omega whispered under her breath.

“You are beautiful, Caitlyn.” He whispered back, nuzzling his nose to her hair. “I’m glad we talked.”

“Me too,” she relented after a split second. “Are you sure you want all this, darling?”

“I’m all in if you allow me to be, Miss Kiramman.”

The blue-haired woman lifted her chin, locking eyes with him. He delicately brushed away the wetness that clung to her cheeks and leaned in, peppering kisses all over her face but still avoiding her lips. The tickling sensation of his kisses made the omega giggle, wrapping her arms around his neck before pulling him closer.

They stared at each other for a few moments. Vi smiled down at the woman on his arms before nudging his nose to hers. “Does this mean I get to take you out on another date, Caitlyn?”

“I think it does, Mister Warvick.” She bashfully answered.

“Hell yes. I can’t wait to flaunt you around town. I will be the most envied alpha around,” he moved his eyebrows playfully as he left yet another kiss on the corner of her lips before tickling the sides of her waist, grinning even wider when she laughed loudly.

Caitlyn Kiramman had had partners, had been on dates and had had love in her life. She was married for a few years, for God’s sake! So how was it that an alpha like Vi Warvick could make her feel like a teenager on her first date?

It was a slow process. After opening up to him and finally admitting her feelings they decided to take it day by day and see where they ended up. But what she didn’t expect was to be swept off her feet by the younger alpha. He was the most romantic partner she ever had and she didn’t know how much she wanted someone like him until he started acting like himself.

And it wasn’t as if he was giving her some grand romantic gesture. It was the little things that had her heart fluttering around. He would bring her coffee, bags of dirt for her garden, new seeds and plants. He brought her her favorite pastry and she couldn’t even remember when she had mentioned that she loved it. He would give her his hoodie because she mentioned how comfortable it looked. It was the little things that were turning her life upside down.

She was feeling loved. More loved than ever before. Her previous partner would make a big deal over those things, if she bought her coffee she would be expecting Caitlyn to buy dinner that night. Not Vi. Vi would just do it because he wanted to, because he felt like the omega would need a new plant for her garden.

She had tucked away the hoodie he had lent her one evening, wearing it every night to sleep until his scent wore out. But the thing was that she honestly thought that if she asked him to wear it for a day and give it back so the scent came back, Vi would never tell her that she was acting needy, he would simply nod, put the hoodie on and go on with his day until it was time to give it back so she could sleep better with his cologne surrounding her.

She also noticed how touchy he was. She wasn’t complaining though. The omega quite enjoyed the way he seemed to be touching her all the time. Whether it was a hand on her lower back, his arms around her waist, his pinky tangling with hers, it was as if he needed her touch to breathe alright. It was endearing, and anytime they were alone in her house he would often pull her to his lap, needing her to “recharge his batteries” as he claimed every time. And she went willingly, stroking his hair as he snuggled deeper into her warmth.

And the way he looked at her, it melted her insides every day. He was still in awe with her, staring at her as if it was the first time or the last. He would just sit on a lawn chair and follow her around the garden with his eyes, stumbling to his feet anytime she asked him for help.

They hadn’t had their first official date yet, though, and Caitlyn was feeling restless about it. She didn’t know if Vi would find it offensive if his omega invited him out instead of the other way around. She didn’t think the redhead was that type of alpha, but she had been wrong before. So she waited, and waited, and waited some more until she snapped.

It was one of the nights he stayed for dinner, he had pulled her to his lap the second they were done with cleaning the dishes and was currently holding her gently. “Thank you for dinner,” his voice came out rougher than usual, his nose nuzzling into her neck.

“You’re welcome, darling.” She whispered back. “Are you tired?”

“A bit, but not enough to leave yet.” He playfully answered as his arms tightened around her.

They stayed in silence for a few moments before Caitlyn cleared her throat. “Vi? May I ask you something?”

“Anything.” The woman hesitated for a moment so the alpha pulled away, needing to look at her eyes. “Everything alright, Caitlyn?”

“Yes. At least I think so. I just… I don’t know how to ask it.”

“Take your time,” he quietly said, his hand sneaking under her shirt and rubbing circles on her back to help her calm down.

“Do you want to go out on a date? In public? Or are you…” Her voice cracked for a moment. “Are you hiding me?”

If the situation had been anything else, the omega would have found the way his eyes widened incredibly hilarious. He instantly frowned and cupped her cheeks to make her meet his gaze. “I would never be ashamed of you, Caitlyn. I just,” he cleared his throat anxiously before making her sit next to him instead of in his lap. “I got a confession to make.”

She grabbed his hand, squeezing it encouragingly when she noticed the way his fingers were trembling. “Tell me?”

“I have a date planned already,” he murmured.

“Really?” She couldn’t hide the giddiness in her voice. He smiled weakly at her excitement before taking a deep breath. “Alright, darling. Spill, what’s wrong with it?”

“It’s expensive. I want to take you to the new Italian restaurant downtown. But I can’t really afford it right now so I’ve been working overtime for the past few weeks.” He blurted out after he heard her stern voice.

They stayed silent for a few moments before Caitlyn climbed back onto his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck and hugging him tightly. “You are the sweetest person in my life, Vi. But you are so fucking stubborn sometimes. Why didn’t you tell me?”

His face turned the same shade as his hair as he looked around, avoiding her gaze. “I don’t know. You are just so sophisticated, I didn’t want you to realize that I’m not on the same level as you yet. I wanted you to fall deeper in love with me before you realize I don’t deserve you,” he tried to joke around but it fell flat.

“Vi, you idiot.” She flicked his forehead softly before kissing the same spot. “I would never think you are less than me. You are perfect for me.”

“You think that now but what happens when…”

“No,” she cut him off sternly. “Do you want to go on a date?”

“Yes.”

“Then that’s all I need to know. You plan it and I pay, this time. You can pay next time. I just want to be able to go on a date with you, don’t worry about the money aspect of it. Don’t you want to show me off?” She asked, fluttering her eyelashes coyly, knowing exactly the kind of reaction she was about to get.

The alpha groaned before throwing his head back, giving her the sight of his neck stretching and how his throat moved as he talked. “You play dirty.”

“And you like it.”

“I do,” his voice came out in a growl. “Fuck why did you have to say it like that?”

“Because I know that you like the idea of being the talk of the town when people see you with me in your arms.”

His eyes met hers, the longing in them making her giggle. “You are evil.”

“Yes, yes. I know. Now you have a date to plan, so will you?”

“Yes I will. Now can I steal a kiss or two before I have to go back home?”

“Mmm, just because you asked so nicely,” she answered playfully before closing the distance and leaving a soft kiss on his lips.

It would take him a couple of days before he texted her the date and time of their outing, making sure to write down to wear something as beautiful as she is and causing a giant grin to stay on her face for the rest of the day.

The day finally came and Caitlyn was pacing the floor, wearing a dark blue dress, the earrings the alpha had gifted her hanging proudly from her ears. She glanced again at her reflection, making sure her eyeliner hadn’t smudged before choosing the jacket she was wearing for the night. By the time she was ready to leave there was a soft knock on her door. With an excited giggle she walked towards it, making sure to stand up straight as she allowed Vi to finally see her.

“Good evening, darling,” she purred softly, her heart racing as she stared at the alpha in front of her. He always cleaned up nicely but tonight was on another level. He had chosen his best button up with a waistcoat and suit jacket, his slacks hugging his tights in a way that almost made the omega dizzy and his shoes shone from polishing and the small detail sent her heart fluttering around. “You look delicious tonight.”

The blush was almost instant and Caitlyn couldn’t stop standing up taller as she realized that she had the alpha wrapped around her finger. “I have no words to describe how nice you look tonight, Caitlyn.”

“And yet you chose the exact ones,” she stepped closer to him, grabbing the front of his waistcoat and pulling him for a kiss. She made sure to wrap her arms around his neck and bury her fingers in his hair, ruffling it enough for people to know what had happened before arriving at the restaurant. “Now that is the hello I was waiting for.” The omega whispered against his lips and pulled away, going to close the door.

His eyes were dark and she was sure that if she had kissed him a second longer they wouldn’t go to the reservation. With a small smirk she wrapped her hand around his bicep and followed him to his car. “You truly look magnificent tonight, cupcake.” He whispered before opening the door for her. The compliment caught her off guard and caused her to blush deeply and he simply leaned in to leave a kiss on the tip of her nose.

As they made it to the restaurant she made sure to stay close to the alpha, smiling as his arm wrapped around her waist and guided her inside. Caitlyn felt the way people were staring and she just had to puff out her chest proudly, being the center of attention was never something she strived for, but knowing that it was because they made an incredibly beautiful couple brought her confidence she hadn’t felt in a long time.

Vi made sure to pull her chair and helped her sit down, leaving a kiss on the top of her head before sitting in front of her. He smiled widely, either totally oblivious about the stares or simply not caring about them. “Did you have a nice week, Caitlyn?” He asked, his hand finding hers over the table.

She laughed loudly, attracting some more stares before melting under his gaze. “We saw each other yesterday, darling. What do you think happened in the time since we last saw each other?”

The alpha chuckled. “I don’t know, a beautiful and intelligent woman like you? You could’ve done so many things.”

The date went on in a blink of an eye, they quickly forgot about the people staring and simply focused on themselves. Vi told her about a few childhood memories and Caitlyn told him about her years as a college student. By the time they had finished their dessert the air between them was charged, their slight touches had become more daring and the fact that they were on their first public date also added a lot to the equation, so when Vi helped his omega to put on her jacket and he took advantage of the closeness to bite her earlobe, the blue-haired woman knew exactly where the night was going to end up at.

They hurried to the car, their hands only separating during the drive, while Caitlyn’s fingers stayed in contact with her alpha through grasping his arm or thigh. The second he parked the car inside the garage, they stumbled into the omega’s house laughing loudly. Vi instantly pinned the older woman against the door, his fingers fumbling with the lock as he focused on crashing their lips together. He grasped the back of her thighs, making sure to sneak them under her skirt to force her to jump up and wrap her legs around his waist.

&&&

Caitlyn struggled to unbutton his waistcoat, moans escaping her throat as her hips rolled down to create some relieving friction. “Darling,” she whispered, breaking the kiss, her eyes glazed over with lust and want. “My room.”

“Where?” His voice came out muffled as he started to bite and nibble on her neck.

“Upstairs. Can you carry me?” She teased him, pulling on his hair playfully. He just growled, the sound vibrating against their chests. He started to walk them towards the stairs, his hands shifting from the back of her thighs to her ass.

“Don’t squirm.”

“What will happen if I do?” She asked, her hips moving once again. It was unusual for the older woman to become bratty in sexual scenarios, but Vi just brought it out of her. She knew she could be as bratty or as needy as she wanted and she would never be mocked or called too old for it.

Her answer came in the form of fingers being pressed against her ass, just on the brink between painful and pleasurable, and a harsher bite on her collarbone, forcing a whine from her lips. “Behave, cupcake.”

“Oh fuck,” her eyes rolled back. With his omega properly chastised he started to walk upstairs, easily finding her room and walking to the bed, laying her down softly. “Vi, please.” She whispered breathlessly.

“I know, beautiful, I know.” He forced her thighs open and laid between them, instantly attacking her neck and throat. “Anytime you need to stop, whatever it is, you let me know.”

The omega just nodded, pulling him in for a forceful kiss and wrapping her legs once again around him, this time using them as leverage to grind against him. The air felt hotter than usual, her hands pulling on his jacket to get him naked as fast as possible. “Off.” She groaned as he thrusted forward unexpectedly, the feeling of his hardness against her making her lose her whole mind. “Take it all off now, puppy.” She growled.

It seemed like the petname was exactly what the alpha needed to be sent over the edge, removing his jacket and waistcoat before ripping his shirt off, his hands pulling on her dress to get her undress too. She helped along, throwing her dress to the floor and crashing their lips again. They were down to their underwear, the skin to skin contact causing shivers down Caitlyn’s spine. Her hands started to wander, reaching the edge of the tape hiding his chest and moaning as she felt his nipples underneath the bandage.

“Is this okay?” She asked, circling the nipples.

He cursed under his breath before nodding, his teeth grazing against her collarbones. “That’s perfect. You’re perfect.” The softness in his voice brought a large blush to her face, covering from her cheeks to the top of her chest. “Oh?” He laughed as he saw the redness took over his omega. “What is this? Are you feeling a bit shy, beautiful?”

“Don’t get cheeky, Mister Warvick.” She brought her hand up to pinch his nose and laughed as he frowned.

“You’ll pay for that.”

“Ohhh, I’m so scared!”

The absurdity of the situation broke the tension, making them chuckle as Vi buried his head on her shoulder. “You are lucky you are so fucking hot, cupcake. Now shut up and let me pamper you.”

The omega hummed before nodding. “Yes sir.”

“Fuck, you are an evil woman.” He mumbled before biting the top of her breast, removing the bra covering it expertly and diving in. The surprised gasp leaving her lips was enough to make him feel more courageous, kissing down to her nipple and sucking it into his mouth. Her hands shot up as her head was thrown backwards, her perfectly filed but long nails digging into his skin and starting to draw blood.

“That’s it, puppy. You can be harsher if you want.”

The lust dripping from her voice was like catnip for the alpha, his head starting to get dizzy as his blood flowed down his waist. “Evil, evil woman.”

“You like it.”

“I adore it, now can I get you naked or are we going to keep talking?”

“By all means, finish undressing us, alpha.”

His hands worked fast as he removed their underwear and threw it somewhere on the floor, his lips starting to leave kisses on her stomach. The omega hesitated for a moment, her fingers covering her belly and causing Vi to frown.

“Everything alright, Caitlyn?”

“It’s just been a while, Vi. I hadn’t expected us to end up here tonight and,” she nibbled on her lower lip.

“Do you want to stop?”

“No! Not at all. I just have to get used to being naked in front of someone else. And the last time I was younger and more in shape and…”

The alpha kissed her desperately, quieting her doubts for the moment. “Cupcake, you are so fucking hot it makes me so dizzy. You don’t know the amount of times your shirt gets bunched up as you work on the garden and lets me see your stomach or back and it forces me to hide in your bathroom or go back home so I could take care of myself.” His voice was rough with desire and Caitlyn felt herself growing hotter. “You are the most beautiful and hottest person I’ve ever seen, but if you want to stop we can stop.”

“Don’t stop. Please don’t.”

“Do you want to talk about anything else before we continue?”

“I didn’t shave.” She whispered.

“Better.”

With a small reassurance look he leaned down, leaving kisses and bites all over her stomach before glancing up at her. She nodded at his quiet question before he buried his face between her thighs and started to eat her out like a man starved. Her moans bounced off her walls and if she was in her right mind she would be worried about her neighbors hearing her but she didn’t care. His tongue was driving her mad and she was loving it.

He nudged his nose to her clit before licking up towards it, circling and sucking on it. Her fingers tangled on his hair and started to grind against his face, needing more as her orgasm approached.

“Puppy, please.” The begging tone wrapped around him and forced him to give her anything she wanted. He added his fingers to the mix, spreading her gently before easing only one finger as he continued to focus on her clit. “That’s it! I’m so close, darling. So close.”

“Fuck, you are so hot cupcake.” His voice vibrated against her and forced a louder moan to escape her lips. He was so hard it was uncomfortable, his hips unconsciously humping against the bed.

The omega cried out, her orgasm hitting her like a freight train. Vi moaned loudly, his tongue working over time to keep up with everything spilling from his partner, and he didn’t stop until he was being pulled away from his new favorite place in the world. He could feel how wet his face was and it was the most satisfying feeling ever.

Caitlyn’s face was red and her chest was heaving. A lazy smile on her lips as she pulled him on top of her, staring at him knowingly when she heard the way he hissed as he brushed against her thigh. “Feeling needy, darling?”

“Are you offering?”

“Of course I am. Now lay down. I will take care of you.” She pushed him softly, making him lay on his back and leaving kisses all over his torso, paying special attention to the edge of the tape covering his breasts. “We could stop so you can peel these off if you want,” she offered but he just shook his head.

“I’m fine, I put it on tonight. Just leave them on. Unless they bother you,” he frowned, a small moment of insecurity fluttering through his eyes. He had had partners wanting him to remove the tape, finding them unappealing. What if Caitlyn was the same?

“They don’t. I actually find that I quite like them.” She left a softer kiss on her sternum before licking down her stomach, sighing as she came in contact with the abs she had only had peeks of. “May I?” She asked as she bit his navel. He nodded, not trusting his voice as he stared his partner’s lips hovering over his hardness, the darker than usual red of her lipstick giving him a tantalizing sight that made his member twitch. The omega smirked as she blew some air to the tip, a gasp breaking the silence. “Excited, puppy?”

“Yes,” he hissed, a hand coming up to cover his eyes.

“Don’t, look at me or you get nothing.”

His eyes instantly snapped over as his hand dropped, staring at her wideeyed. “Yes ma’am.”

“Good boy,” she whispered before wrapping her lips around the tip, the small movement making Vi moan loudly. The omega hummed as she started to move her head, gently taking more of him in her mouth. His hands grasped the sheets, doing his best to not tangle his fingers on her hair to guide the movement of her head. He was breathing shallowly, sweat dripping from his temples

“Fuck, Caitlyn.” He moaned loudly, the sound encouraging the omega to take more of him. It had been a while since she had gone down on someone but she quickly remembered why she loved to do it. She glanced up through her eyelashes, whining around Vi’s hardness as she took in the sight of her alpha losing his mind. His stomach was tight, muscles twitching in a telltale sign that he was close, eyes trying their best to focus on the older woman but losing the battle after she licked in a more sensitive zone and they fluttered close as he cried out. His hands trembling around the sheets and biceps bulging as he tried to stay still. She took pity on him, grabbing one of his wrists and gently guiding the hand to the back of her head, pulling away just for a second.

“You can touch me, Vi. Just be gentle,” she whispered before going back down. His fingers tightened around her hair, tugging on it softly as he followed her movements.

It wouldn’t take him long before a scream tore through his chest and he slumped back to the bed, the omega licking everything clean before climbing on top of him. He was flushed, his chest and face a deep red that made the older woman giggle. She straddled his stomach, humming as her core came in contact with his abs.

“Hey there, puppy.”

“Hi,” he whispered, his voice rough from moaning. “You are incredible, did you know?”

The awe in his words made the omega laugh loudly, leaning down to leave soft kisses all over the reddened skin. “I could get used to hearing it.”

His hands climbed up her thighs and grasped her hips as he licked his lips. “How about a water break and I'll show you how incredible you are?”

“Losing stamina so fast, puppy? I would’ve expected more of you,” Caitlyn couldn’t help the teasing as she tried to climb off his body to get him a glass of water, only to stumble back into bed after he refused to let her go.

“Stay here, I will raid your kitchen for a moment.” He said before kissing her roughly, leaving her breathless as he put on his boxers quickly and ran downstairs.

Caitlyn laid back down, her eyes focused on the ceiling. She couldn’t believe how the night had turned out, some chuckles leaving her lips. She was so happy. Happier than she ever was with her previous partners. She stood up in slightly shaky legs and went over to her window to crack it open just as Vi came back to the room with two water bottles and some snacks. The omega smiled widely, walking to him and hugging him tightly. The alpha simply balanced everything on his left hand before using his right one to grab Caitlyn and pick her up easily, as if she weighed nothing.

“Missed me, baby?” He asked and grinned as the older woman hid her face on his neck and nodded. “You are beautiful, but c’mon, we need to keep you hydrated and fed.”

“Excuse me, if I recall correctly, I have eaten quite well tonight,” the blue-haired woman playfully whispered as the alpha laid her down on the bed and opened a bottle for her. “Thank you, puppy.”

“It seems like that nickname is staying, huh?” He asked, his voice dropping a few octaves as his body reacted to the short word.

“Mhm, especially because I can tell you really like it.” Caitlyn leaned over and grabbed one of the chocolates he brought, giving him a tantalizing sight. The alpha squirmed as he cleared his throat and his partner crawled over, flopping on his lap and starting to eat the snack. “Thank you for bringing this, I know I joked around but I was getting rather peckish.”

His arms instantly wrapped around her, pulling her closer to his chest. He took a bite from her chocolate before burying his face on her neck, inhaling her scent. She smelled like fresh cut grass, like always, but it seemed like the activity they had just done had changed her scent slightly and tonight he could also sense a bonfire under the stars on her skin. He started to leave kisses all over her shoulder, enjoying the goosebumps rising under his lips.

“Still hungry?” He asked, his voice barely a murmur as he bit down on the side of her neck, smiling as she moaned loudly.

“Not anymore,” the omega answered, throwing the rest of the snack on her side table before turning around in his arms, straddling his lap. “You look so handsome from up here,” she playfully leaned in and nipped on his earlobe. “Think you can fulfill your promise from before?”

He simply moved his hips upwards, allowing her to feel how ready he was for her. “What do you think?”

“I think I’m about to have the ride of my life,” the omega whispered, her lips brushing against his as she started to move her body, grinding down against him. “May I, puppy?”

“I’m all yours, ma’am.” He groaned as his omega’s hand wrapped around him, guiding him to her entrance. It took everything in him not to thrust up. “Don’t tease me, cupcake.” He growled as the woman kept swaying her hips, making them brush against each other.

The omega smirked, enjoying the power she was holding over her alpha. She leaned in, nipping on his lower lip before sitting down abruptly, taking him fully inside in one go. She gasped and moaned, the fullness she felt at that moment unlike anything she had felt before. The alpha groaned as he felt himself wrapped around by Caitlyn. Everything was Caitlyn at that moment, as his hips started to move upwards to meet the omega’s downward thrusts.

“Cait,” he choked a moan back as his eyes met hers. “Fuck, you are so hot, so hot cupcake.”

The older woman moaned harder as she dug her nails on his shoulders, leaving scratches all over his skin. Her thighs began to tremble and she was struggling to keep moving, but she didn’t need to say anything for Vi to notice it. He wrapped his arms around her and, without pulling away from her, he turned them around.

Vi’s arms kept his body off hers, their breaths mingling as they kept moving, drawing the pleasure from each other. Sweet nothings were being exchanged as they got closer to the edge.

“Vi, I can’t,” she cried out.

“I know, baby. I know. I’m with you,” he breathlessly answered as his hips moved harder, forcing Caitlyn’s eyes to roll back. “Whenever you want, cupcake.”

The soft words were enough for her to reach the peak, her legs tightening around the redhead and forcing him deeper. Her alpha cursed loudly and followed her, not far behind. He slumped over her as his body twitched, his cock softening inside of her. The omega shivered and he glanced down at her worriedly.

“You alright, cupcake?” His voice was hoarse but the concern was obvious.

“Alright doesn’t even begin to cover it, Vi.” The woman murmured as she hissed softly, her body tender. “Though I might need you to pull out now, puppy.”

His eyes widened as a deeper blush covered his face. He nodded and gently did what was asked, flopping next to her in bed and dragging her closer. “Better?”

The omega nodded as she snuggled into his warmth. “Much better.”

“Let’s rest for a bit and then I will bring you to the bathroom to wash up, how does that sound?”

Caitlyn smiled sleepily, leaning up to kiss his jaw. “That sounds like heaven, puppy.”

The next day, when the omega wakes up thanks to the sliver of sun sneaking past the blinds, the warm body that had spent the night nested to hers was gone. She sat up confused, looking around to understand what happened. And then she heard noises coming from downstairs and saw that his clothes, except for his boxers, were still in her room. Her frown turned into a wide grin as she grabbed his button up and put it on along with some clean underwear, going towards her bathroom to clean up before making her way downstairs.

He was standing in the middle of the kitchen in only his boxers and an apron that was too small for him. He was humming and Caitlyn just stood in the doorframe taking the sight in. By the time he noticed it she was mostly woken up.

“Hey! You are up! Good morning. I hope you don’t mind me stealing your food.”

His omega walked slowly towards him, wrapping her arms around his waist and burying her face on his neck. “Morning,” she mumbled.

“Tired?”

The blue-haired woman nodded and smiled widely as he offered her a cup of coffee. “My saviour. Thank you,” she whispered before kissing his lips softly.

“Anything for you, beautiful.”

“Last night was amazing.”

Vi smirked as he picked his omega up, sitting her on the countertops and focusing back on the food. “Last night was just a preview,” he playfully said, wiggling his eyebrows. The omega laughed loudly and it warmed his chest. “I love you,” he suddenly confessed.

Caitlyn’s eyes widened as she stared at the alpha, his shoulders tense as he waited for her answer. He was shy and anxious, his hands playing with the spatula he was using to make breakfast. Her heart fluttered as a bashful smile appeared on her lips. “Say it again.”

He glanced at her, turning off the stove and leaving the spatula before walking towards her, standing between her thighs. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he held her hips. “Caitlyn Kiramman, I love you.” He whispered.

“Again.”

“I love you.”

“Again.”

“I love you.”

“Once more.”

The redhead chuckled as he pulled his partner closer, kissing her lovingly. “I love you,” he mumbled against her lips.

“I love you too, Vi.”

“You do?” The surprise in his voice alarmed her.

“I love you, Vi Warvick. I love you with all my heart. You make my days brighter and my nights peaceful. You make me so happy that I sometimes think you are a pigment of my imagination but then you touch me and I am reminded of how real you are. I love you so much that it makes it so hard for you to leave back to your place after you visit. I love you so much I keep finding myself thinking about you at work, in bed, while I’m eating, at any moment. You’ve taken over my thoughts and I could never complain.”

By the time she was done his eyes were filled with tears. He hid his face on her chest as sobs shook his shoulders and she held him as if he was the most precious thing in the world, because to her he was. Her hand found his hair and she ran her fingers through the strands, shushing him gently.

“It’s alright, puppy. I have you now. You are mine and I’m not letting you go.”

“I love you,” he said once more, his voice rough with emotions.

“I love you too, darling. With all my heart.”
