eternal verity

Summary:

Kaiser huffed as he swung the door open and glanced over his shoulder, catching sight of that smirk that tortured his heart and cock equally. “You’re a piece of shit,” he murmured while swiping the seats clear of junk as Yoichi followed up with a remark of his own.

“A piece of shit you want to fuck in the back of your car?”

And Kaiser hated how fucking right he was.

Work Text:

Kaiser lingered outside the bar, observing the constant flow of people coming and going. Laughter spilled into the cold night each time the door swung open and hushed to a quiet hum once it shut. Clutched in his hand, his phone buzzed, marking the seventh notification in his brief five-minute drive.

He glared down at the device, contemplating chucking it into the nearby garbage can. Ness never managed to grasp the concept of giving him space after they argued. The latest message coming through was the usual remark:

stay safe

Kaiser exhaled a soft sigh, confliction dying before he let the text resonate in his chest. He opted not to respond, slipping the phone into his jeans pocket, and finally stepped into the bustling atmosphere.

"What a fucking crowd," Kaiser grumbled, pushing through the sea of people too inebriated to budge or simply too indifferent to bother clearing a path.

The place was a popular spot for tourists in the area, with international American students treating it like a hangout back in the States, despite the alcohol being ten times stronger and drastically different social expectations. For them, it didn’t matter. A place to get fucked up was a place to get fucked up, and as much as he wanted to judge them, that was the only reason he showed up as well.

Upon finally making it to one of the only available seats at the bar, he sat down and ordered a pint. He leaned back in his chair to scan the crowd for any problems, but found none, abandoning his plan to blow off steam by causing a brawl. His drink arrived in no time, his hands wrapping around the cold glass to take the first sip. Right as the bubbling liquid made contact, he caught someone out of the corner of his eye.

A familiar face. One he’d yet to decide if he liked or despised.

Across the bar's counter in all of his smugness stood Yoichi Isagi, bright red drink fizzing in hand and a smile on his face. His lips were tinted pink from the ice clinking in his glass, puffy cheeks matching the shade. A dirty Shirley, one of the only good things the Americans brought with them.

Kaiser quickly tried to turn his gaze away, looking down at the pint now half empty. He didn’t recall drinking that much, the glass a testament to how he felt.

Ignoring Ness never went over well for him. If he didn’t get a call the next morning, he found himself going to the other’s dorm room to ‘borrow something’ only for the two of them to end up fully nude and panting on the twin-sized mattress.

Not that it mattered. He chugged down his second pint while contemplating his decisions, only justifying them more and more with every ounce of beer that slipped down his throat. It didn’t matter what he did, Ness would always take him back with open arms. A bit of avoiding was nothing to the couple; they could reconvene after Kaiser got over his fit.

As the night progressed, Kaiser found himself forgetting to savor the flavor of the beer and forgetting to think about much at all. Throughout all of it, he never stopped checking his peripherals for that navy-haired man and those cherry-topped glasses.

The poison must have made its way to his brain because Kaiser was moving his feet in Yoichi’s direction. He trudged through a small group of friends to stand before Yoichi, who didn’t spare him even a glance.

Amid the lively atmosphere of the bar, Kaiser felt his heart rattling against the cage of his ribs. If he were a dishonest man, he would declare this his final night of drinking, but he couldn’t tell himself such a blatant lie, even in his compromised state.

“You could have stayed in your corner if you’re just going to stare at me, Kaiser,” Yoichi grumbled beneath him, speaking just loud enough to be heard with clear disdain laced in his voice. Kaiser fought the urge to smirk. As rumored, Yoichi wasn’t one to beat around the bush when it came to confrontation.

Kaiser simply sneered, analyzing the other’s relaxed stance that didn’t seem to change after his approach. “I just thought I’d get a good look at Blue Lock’s infamous whore,” he leaned in closer to breathe against the other’s ear for only him to hear, “Is this the best they’ve got to pass around?”

Holding no punches with his words, Kaiser made reference to yet another rumor he’d heard about Yoichi from talk between the universities. Yoichi had a rather extensive sexual history with those on his campus. Kaiser usually wasn’t one to mention gossip for a retort, but he’d heard about Yoichi second-hand from one of Ness’s friends who had a brother among the roster. Listening to Ness’s rambles had its advantages.

The tension built with his comment came crashing down when he pulled away just slightly from Yoichi’s face to observe his expression, met with a smirk resembling his own. Suddenly, every laugh and shuffle lulled into silence as lips brushed against his ear, “You’d like to be a part of that number, right?"

A chill spread through him, his body frozen in place for Yoichi to finish speaking after a short pause:

“Too bad you couldn’t fuck me if I wanted you to.”

What?

Kaiser stepped back, glaring at Yoichi, speechless against his ruthless tongue. Yoichi grinned, swirling the straw in his cup before he set it down, pulling away to leave. He didn’t make his exit without grazing a hand against Kaiser, fingers lingering on his shoulder like sickly cobwebs as he passed. The noises of the bar rushed back into Kaiser’s mind the moment Yoichi left his sight, thoughts flooding his head.

He was left standing alone at the bar, cheeks flushed from more than just the alcohol. He could only watch as Yoichi walked away.

Turning back to the now-empty glass in his hand, he sighed, the heat beneath his skin boiling into a rage. “Damn this drink,” he mumbled under his breath before slamming the glass down and looking back up. His eyes scanned the room for where that clown had gone. With no script in mind, he didn’t know what he’d do to Yoichi if he got his hands on him, but he knew he couldn’t leave things like that.

It was cowardly for him to say something so vile then walk away. Kaiser wasn’t one for cryptic games, so if it were the last thing he would do, he would make Yoichi clarify what he meant. Not only had they interacted just a handful of times, Kaiser was very publicly involved with Ness. Even if they didn’t give it a label, they were something, and Yoichi just disrespected it.

A flash of navy passed by, and he felt a throb in his chest. Reaching into his pocket, he took out a couple of notes to slide over the counter. From the bar to the door, his brain crashed against his skull, the alcohol already having its way with his mind. Before he knew it, he was out in the elements, cold air brushing offensively against his warm cheeks.

His focus shifted to a few feet out in front of him at the man staring up at him with those stupidly seductive eyes. Kaiser let out a hiss, condensation spilling from his lips, but not any words. Yoichi chuckled, and that made his blood run hotter.

It was a subtle gesture, a mockery that Kaiser couldn’t let go after how things ended in the bar.

Snatching him by the wrist, he closed his ears to any outside noise, only hearing the intense beating in his chest. Anger, embarrassment, and a lust that burned a hole through his brain took their turns consuming him. The walk to the parking lot felt longer than when he first arrived, but by the shuffling of their feet, he knew he was practically running to get Yoichi in his car. There was plenty of time for Yoichi to attempt an escape, though he wasn’t sure if he’d let him off that easily.

To his surprise, nothing happened.

Yoichi allowed himself to be pulled, dragging his feet alongside Kaiser’s. The buzz of the alcohol had turned to something worse, a thick fog over Kaiser’s mind telling him that he wanted nothing more than to take Yoichi right there on the snowy sidewalk. There had to be some neurons left working to tell him the backseat was a better place for several reasons.

The parking spot was reserved for only an hour, just long enough for him to get shitfaced and leave like initially planned. He couldn’t have spent longer than half an hour in the bar, and glancing back to assess Yoichi, he nodded to himself. That was enough time.

Stumbling back, he let Yoichi climb in first, eyes lingering low. He was far too intoxicated to deny himself of the burning desire brewing in his core, slamming the car door behind them like a sealed deal with the devil.

Under the grainy lights, he could finally see Yoichi—smaller frame, slim waist, and strong hips shaped by the long coat that hung from his shoulders. His body was unlike anything Kaiser had experienced before, a boyish frame neither thin nor too plump, perfect for any fantasy.

Before his mind wandered to the shape he desired most, he shooed away any more thoughts. His lips crashed into Yoichi’s, screaming for his mind to be quiet.

Satisfaction welled in his chest at the response, Yoichi melting into his mouth, and for once, not fighting back. No matter how many times he’d lay eyes on the man, he was never able to nail him down where he wanted. Panting against him felt surreal, and consuming, his already warm body excited by the taste of pomegranate blending with mediocre beer.

Kaiser slithered a hand underneath Yoichi’s top, flinching at the coolness of his skin even beneath all his layers of clothing. He snickered against his bottom lip before giving it a gentle tug. No matter how accustomed the batch of international students made themselves feel, they didn’t belong. Not in Germany, and not in his presence. A whine from Yoichi only encouraged him, the ache in his jeans letting him know he couldn’t get their clothes off fast enough.

Yoichi must have been on the same note, shoving Kaiser off so he could sit up and work on removing his coat. Though Kaiser considered himself a fine actor, the alcohol flowing through his system made it impossible for him to pretend he didn’t like the roughness. Lifting off the seat to start on his own pants, he grinned. “Are you sure we should get fully undressed?” He asked the question, already reaching for Yoichi’s chest to undo the next button. “It’d be a shame if you caught a cold spreading your legs in the back of a car on an average winter night.”

Just when he almost had the clasp undone, Yoichi swatted his hand away. “Bastard!” Kaiser hissed, retracting his hand to rub at the sting. He watched Yoichi carry on removing the coat, a grimace on his face.

“If you’re worried about me,” he slid off his second layer, a dark green wool sweater with white hemming, “Turn on the heat before we start.”

The words weren’t a demand, but a suggestion that Kaiser could easily ignore if he pleased. He contemplated it while sitting back to kick his jeans off his ankles. The preceding statement: If you’re worried about me . They were just filler words, Yoichi still giving him lip service in such an intense moment. They meant nothing.

Kaiser groaned, standing as much as he could in the back of a small vehicle to lean over the center console. As he fumbled in his chest pocket, he could hear Yoichi shifting about in the back seat, a small grunt giving him the resolve to shove the key into ignition. Clicking the lock doors buttons for certainty, he turned the heat halfway. It would humor him if Yoichi suffered, even if just a little bit. He was moving back when the shuffling came to a stop and a voice broke through, “Make sure you get a condom while you’re up there.”

Kaiser froze. He never used protection since Ness was as clean as they come. As much flirting as he did, they were each other’s first and only sexual partners. There was no need for condoms, especially with the way Ness mewled when pumped full of come. His hand drifted to the glovebox, hovering over the latch as he thought about it.

There was no guarantee Yoichi was clean. He’d been with so many guys, it was almost certain he’d caught something since being in Germany alone. The compartment door slammed against the passenger seat, Kaiser digging around for a condom he would have had for a reason he didn’t know. He felt two different packages and yanked them out, checking to make sure they were each a condom and lube before plopping back down. “You done making demands, or should I go grab a pillow to support your back?”

Yoichi snickered, flexing his arms as he stretched like a warm-up for some kind of game. Cocking his head to the side with alcohol-flushed cheeks, he shrugged his shoulders like the tease Kaiser learned him to be. “So eager to please. This isn’t the German hospitality I’ve heard about.”

Shoving the edge of the plastic packet between his teeth, Kaiser hissed in frustration. He was too drunk to go tit for tat with Yoichi, all of his witty remarks clogged by the lust in his brain. He tore the lube open, using his free hand to assist Yoichi in propping up his legs. Stuffing two grown men in the back of a sports car was as hard as it sounded; the driver’s seat the only thing preventing Yoichi’s foot from diving into his ribs. For the time being, it would work, Kaiser impatiently digging his fingers into the plastic to scoop out the slick liquid.

He leaned back for a better view, caressing Yoichi’s entrance once he located it. The rim felt tighter than he anticipated, perhaps his fault for believing stupid rumors spread between college students. Now it was his time to adjust, leaning over as he pressed both fingers inside of Yoichi to draw out a hiss. Smirking, Kaiser couldn’t hide his chuckle once their gazes locked, that fiery look he remembered seeing on the other’s face making its return. “Sorry,” he stilled his fingers with Yoichi’s clench, “Retribution.”

Eyes sharpened into a glare, Yoichi panted, either unable to speak, or accepting that he had it coming after all he’d done since they spoke in the bar. It was Kaiser’s decision not to be any more cruel and wait for his body to ease before he began moving his fingers. With the added lube, they slid in and out of him smoothly, only the occasional hiccup when Yoichi got too tense.

“Relax,” Kaiser grumbled, nudging at Yoichi’s forehead with his own. He didn’t see the man close his eyes, but he got to watch them open, the sight of accumulating tears sending a shiver through his body. Under the slither of moonlight hitting the car’s tinted windshield, his eyes were shining, reddened scleras enough to make Kaiser pause. He focused instead on a shaky breath entering the air, too close to Yoichi to determine which of them it came from.

The typical bite that came with Yoichi Isagi was gone, the light painting him as this docile mess of a man with lips too red, just begging to be kissed again. Kaiser grumbled with his eyes set forward, pulled into Yoichi like a typhoon of unadulterated desire. It would have stroked his ego to say something sly, remind Yoichi how all of this started with him saying he couldn’t have him in the very position they were in. He could have considered himself victorious right then and there and forced Yoichi to walk home nude to show just how easy he was. If it were just about a measly rivalry between students in the same major, that would have been more than enough to call it quits. If.

“K-Kaiser.” The whine spilled directly into his mouth, Yoichi’s lips hanging partially open like an invitation. His fingers twitched, noticing the looseness around them. “Are you just going to si—” Yoichi was cut short by another kiss. Their mouths slotted together with less anger, more passion, and that burning feeling Kaiser couldn’t put his finger on that’d been rolling around in the back of his mind since first laying eyes on Yoichi in the bar. Before the inebriation, before the anger.

Slick fingers slipped free, a small whine leaving his Yoichi’s before Kaiser was back on them, swallowing that sound and anything else he had to offer. He dug his knee into the cushion as he reached for the condom resting on the seat. It took a few times for his lubed fingers to get a grip on the package, the plastic busting apart once he finally got a handle on it.

Pulling out the rubber, he groaned into Yoichi’s mouth. Not only was the texture foreign, it was thin in a way the lube wasn’t. He wasn’t fond of putting the material anywhere near his cock, but with the way he was leaking, the sooner he got it on, the better. Yoichi wasn’t oblivious to his hesitation, first to break away with a heavy sigh. “It looks good,” he planted a kiss on the corner of Kaiser’s mouth while looking down between them. “I doubt it’s expired.”

Kaiser bit his lip, tossing the package on the car floor where he'd thrown the rest of his junk. “Yeah,” he murmured, his forehead resting on Yoichi’s. He let the words of comfort guide him as he slid the latex over his length.

Once it was on securely, he looked back at Yoichi, who gave him a nod of approval. He looked like a complete novice putting on a simple condom, but at least he had the alcohol to blame for it. Yoichi didn’t seem to react as he pressed his wet hand to his thigh, further pushing apart his legs for a better view. He guided his cock to the rim as he focused with the last bit of his sobriety. He wasn’t usually so nervous, the fact that Yoichi was watching too made his hand tremble, anticipation mingling with their breaths.

With a gentle shove, he breeched, Yoichi shooting to grasp at his bare shoulders. Arching off the car seat, a gasp escaped him, the drag of his nails only encouraging Kaiser to press deeper. The initial penetration was the hardest to get through; his head sensitive from neglect and unadapted to the clench. Then there was the reaction. Yoichi was shaking from head to toe, writhing underneath him like he wanted to run, but there was nowhere to go, a stream of precum trickling onto his lower stomach. Yoichi was on the leaner side, his abs hardening with each breath he took the deeper Kaiser penetrated.

“Fuck.” Kaiser couldn’t bite his tongue anymore, wincing with Yoichi’s moans. “You’re so hot.” The words slipped out, his internal censor giving up to focus every ounce of his strength on not coming. He could feel the heat from the vents on his back, sweat building where Yoichi’s hands had migrated. He was quick to take the hint, pulling him closer by his thighs until his cock burrowed into him.

The tears had finally slipped, wet trails leading down cheeks burning red as Yoichi’s hips rolled against him, trying to take in more. If there was one thing the gossip got right was how addictive Yoichi was to anyone with a cock and the balls to bury it in another man. He took him as easily as lungs sucked in air, premature dread brewing in Kaiser at the thought of pulling out.

But Yoichi had other plans, maneuvering his leg around the car seat for more mobility. Their mixed stench of alcohol and sweat smelled as filthy as it sounded. Kaiser seized his leg, the excess lube squelching with even the slightest movement. “Was that uncomfortable?” Kaiser slung the leg over his shoulder and followed up with the other before lifting Yoichi’s hips off the seat without waiting for an answer. The hiss Yoichi let out said enough. The adjustment came with the slap of balls against skin. “ Now I’m all in.”

He could have sneered watching the way Yoichi shook, his grip tightening over his ankles just to keep him still. Pressing a kiss to the bone, he mimicked Yoichi’s motion of rolling his hips. Whoever Yoichi had been with didn’t matter. They weren’t anywhere near his level if he was still in bars looking to get fucked by the next guy with steam to blow off.

“God,” Yoichi turned his head, speaking through a breathless moan. He wasn’t looking at him, but Kaiser could see just how well he was adjusting. Once the pain died down, there was only pleasure, the relief on Yoichi’s flushed face contorted with each gasp he let out. His toes curled over Kaiser’s shoulders, heels digging into his muscle.

Their skin clapped together, an echo of the rhythm Kaiser eased into. He found himself panting alongside Yoichi, pressing kisses up his calf whenever he could to stop himself from losing control. There was something so captivating about viewing Yoichi from where he was, hardened cock resting untouched and leaking. As much as he talked, there wasn’t much more to pleasing him than the usual fuck. A few kisses of praise, and he was melting into a pool of his own cum.

Yoichi was starting to squirm, arms shot up to rest across his wet forehead as he tilted his head back. He’d been taught well, not reaching so much as to tweak a nipple while Kaiser was inside of him. He would come from his cock and his cock alone if he had to restrain him to the car seat.

Shifting his weight slightly, Kaiser grumbled when Yoichi squeezed around him. He wasn’t going anywhere for the life of him, but seeing Yoichi so unconsciously desperate, gave him an idea. He leaned over, pushing up to the bend of Yoichi’s knees over his shoulder so they were face to face. If Yoichi didn’t feel suffocated before, he did now, his space to breathe now occupied by the both of them.

He tried at first to pretend he didn’t notice, eyes twitching behind their lids when Kaiser’s breath brushed against his cheek. Like anything, there was a fix to that, Kaiser slamming into him until he got the desired yelp. Yoichi glared, an unrestrained moan following his shriek. “That’s more like it,” Kaiser exhaled sharply, his anger yielding to the noises he was suppressing.

To stop himself, he sank his teeth into the flesh underneath Yoichi’s ear, reminiscent of his whisper from earlier. His hands groped the underside of his thighs to secure their position as Yoichi writhed. He keened right into his ear, his pain fueling the thrill. It took everything in him not to come, self-control getting harder to grasp the longer they went. Biting into Yoichi was different than his own lip or any meal he’d ever come by, like eating a rotten apple and finding gold oozing between your teeth. He was so deliciously stubborn, it was a mystery how he wasn’t locked up in someone’s basement. Perhaps that was what made Yoichi so good. He knew what the hunger of man looked like and adapted to satisfy their appetite.

“Coming,” Yoichi mewled, clutching onto his back with all nails. Kaiser accepted the burn with a groan against the blooming hickey across Yoichi’s tanned skin. He spread his legs more so he could go even deeper, a silent approval of his impending orgasm. The quicker Yoichi came, the less pathetic Kaiser looked. Yoichi tensed, moving his hips in tandem, the syncing of their bodies driving him mad. Everything about Yoichi was so different. He didn’t receive, he took it. Like an incubus milking his prey of every drop, Yoichi had a pull Kaiser couldn’t avoid. He almost wondered how he’d lived his whole life without him.

It took a few more thrusts for Yoichi to come undone, spasming on Kaiser’s cock as a final tease. Of course the bastard wouldn’t come alone. Kaiser groaned, the pressure against his tip a painful reminder that his cock was sheathed in latex. Still, Yoichi’s legs twitched at the pulsating against his walls, much more silent after his orgasm than Kaiser was accustomed to. Before he could second-guess himself, Kaiser leaned down to taste Yoichi one more time. His lips were as sweet as his neck, minus the liquor singeing the back of his throat. Yoichi was much less lenient the third time around, trying to turn his face away from the kiss. Kaiser held his jaw in place. He was also someone who could take, and if Yoichi played the mental game, he’d take the physical route.

Yoichi let out a few groans of discomfort before taking matters into his own hands. With a swift hand, he tugged at the ends of Kaiser’s hair, leaving him hissing and freeing himself from the kiss. Panting, Kaiser smirked back to be met with a scowl. An ache shot through his chest at the look, but he quickly buried it with concern, pulling out before the condom could sag around his softening cock.

“You enjoyed yourself,” Yoichi said while sliding his legs off Kaiser’s shoulders and planting them on the car floor. He reached over the console for the napkins stuffed in the cupholder. Kaiser ignored the twinge in his cock as he followed Yoichi’s ass all the way back to the seat. “Yeah,” he breathed out, running a hand through his hair to calm himself down. He felt like a mindless animal rutting at the closest mating partner in the vicinity.

His eyes trailed to the window. The night was still young, plenty of people stumbling towards the bar. Even those that were leaving would probably hit up another club or do some drinking at home before calling it in. There was nothing stopping them from going another round, his body certainly feeling up for the task. He sat back twiddling with the ends of his hair, his scalp still feeling the slight burn of Yoichi’s defiance.

The sound of the car door flicking pulled him from the window. Looking over, he saw Yoichi yanking at the latch with a frown. His coat was thrown on, sweater slung over his shoulder, and untied laces dangling from his shoes. He pulled at it again, throwing Kaiser a glare. “Are you going to unlock the door?”

Kaiser tilted his head, eyes hazy through a thick fog of lust. “Huh?”

Yoichi wrinkled his nose. “Unlock. The door.”

It took him trying the handle again for Kaiser to snap into the moment. He blinked at the control console on the passenger door. His pupils shrank, realization sinking in like a boulder. “Yeah,” he mumbled before standing. He hunched over the seat to press the button.

Yoichi swung the door open like he couldn’t exit the car fast enough, pants still slightly unzipped when he turned to face Kaiser. He crouched down to look inside the vehicle as Kaiser retreated back to the rear seats. Their eyes met again, a nauseating smile blooming across his face.

“Tell Alexis I said hello, would you?”

The door slammed, the brief exposure to the cold air making the hair on Kaiser’s neck stand. Looking around, the car was covered in evidence from dirty napkins to discarded packets. Kaiser placed his face in his hands, any trace of alcohol shocked from his system now if it wasn’t before. He sighed.

“Shit.”
