As the fire consumes the island once home to a nation, Her Excellency watches with disinterest. Her red violet eyes shine with determination as bright as the fire raging through the land in front of her, she pushes down a feeling of sadness.
With her polearm in hand, she grips it tight, hoping that her people are safe from the dangerous, intense fire that is rapidly spreading throughout Arashi.
Arashi, one of the few nations that belongs to the cursed association, the cause of nightmares and sleepless nights.
While observing the destruction occurring before her eyes, she catches a glimpse of what used to be the beautiful Thunder Sakura, now up in flames, along with the bittersweet memories built there.
Bittersweet memories of the previous Shogun appear in her mind, images of the previous shogun comforting her, attending to her wounds when she gets injured from training spars, someone she could call a sister.
Nikko, who was a few years older than her, was an amazing sister figure and a very caring Shogun. She was a woman who everyone could rely on, a woman with a kind heart and determination as bright as the sun.
But unfortunately, fate was not too kind to her..
Destruction spreads through the land, where wild creatures roam, a war between unknown entities (at least, by the outside world) causes havoc through the land, and a nation fends for their lives. The war between two gods occurs in a huge field far away from the city walls which wild creatures invade and cause mayhem. The nation is in shreds, with half of their population fending off for their ‘god’ who is slowly losing the battle. Meanwhile the other half is fending off for the only place they can call home. Aneko thinks to herself, “If this is my fate, then I shall not let it be in vain.”
Burying away the memory haunting her, she wipes away the lone tear that has slowly trickled down her cheek. The wind picks up and flows through her hair as she stands on a mountain of which is as high as where the wind blows, observing the fire that has now run amok through the land.
Through her earpiece, she can hear the reassuring voices of her friends, the very ones that aided and assisted her in allowing this very operation to occur. After months of planning, training and preparation, their plan has finally come to fruition.
Behind her, her ears catch a sound that is similar to a 'whoosh' and a glimpse of familiar green light from the corner of her eye. “Nariko, everyone has been safely evacuated and important records and reports are secured.” a familiar voice calls out.
“Ah, Hibiki, I see everything is according to plan?” Nariko turns around to face her black haired friend, who she sees as a brother.
Hibiki nods, pulling up a holographic screen created by another fellow friend of theirs, Izuki, a green haired girl who has a passion for engineering technology, who is often confused with her twin brother, Izuku, who unlike his sister, has an analytical mind, always analysing the quirked world around him. The holographic screen displays numeral photos of experimentation reports, identity records and the like.
Hibiki brings up multiple recordings of camera feeds from the view of their friends monitoring the remaining population of the nation in a large grass field, assessing their health and safety following a list of the nation’s remaining citizens.
Nariko frowns, “The number of people has reduced from our last appearance in Arashi.” Hibiki’s face shows fury, rage and bitterness as he pulls up another set of information.
Documents filled with information on failed experiments and commissions, or specifically,
The deaths of many.
Naruko’s breath hitches as her eyes hold pure anger and resentment to the upper beings. “... Those bastards... They fill me with rage. They only care about power and titles, even at the cost of young people’s lives, people who have yet to experience life to their fullest, yet to gain a chance to experience the world outside the walls of this cursed land.” seethes out Naruko. Hibiki nods in agreement.
After all, hadn’t they become victims of the cruel actions acted upon them?
“... The others have left for the mainland, we’re the only two left. Let’s go now." said Hibiki, turning around to leave, before stopping and hesitating when he heard the lack of footsteps. He turns back to see Naruko gazing over what was once a nation, now reduced to ash and dust.
He hears her mutter along the lines of “May Arashi burn eternally.0” He spots the slight up-ward curve of Naruko’s lips. A smirk, he realises later, is worn on her face as she triumphs in the success of this mission. Naruko turns back with a more genuine smile on her face “Let’s go. I’m craving for something to have when we arrive back home.”
As the two walk back to the boat on the dock waiting for them, Hibiki looks away in thought. “I think okaasan baked cookies earlier. Chocolate chip flavoured specifically.” Naruko brightens up at that, excited to eat her mother’s baking.

Sigh.
The nation of Arashi has been godless for what feels like centuries when in actuality has only been two years. The fall of the nation's Archons has taken a toll on the nation and the higher beings, The Potestas. In what was a deal made with the world’s strongest being second to the Archons, turned into the disappearance of a god.
The Potestas held their head in their hands, frustration clear on their face. “If only that old man had kept his word. Our strongest asset and most prized possession, lost to the outside world." breathes out Primis, the First of The Potestas. “And those damn heroes, ruining everything. They're the reason we chose islands that are out of reach from the eyes of society.”
An Archon; A human with divine powers gifted from the Gem Of Divination, who therefore ascends to godhood.
Gem Of Divination; Luminous crystals that contain divine power from the Will Of The Primordial.
From beside them, a screen illuminating the dark room displays a reminder for the Potestas to send out an agent to monitor the conditions of Arashi and report back to them. Primis glares at the bright light of the screen, and sighed. Calling up Agent 37D107, the Potestas embark them on a journey to Arashi.

Agent 37D107, or otherwise known as Fukunaga Kaori, was assigned a task, one that concerns the falling nation Arashi, which sits near the East of Japan, but farther away from society.
The task wasn’t something she was unused to, as she was assigned this task monthly. However, she has this distinct feeling that this month’s report wouldn’t share the same pattern as previous ones.
As her boat pushes through the fog surrounding the island, the sky darkens and rain starts pouring as the island emits a spine-chilling aura, causing the hairs on her arms to stand up, goosebumps appearing all over her body.
Once the boat arrives on the island, Kaori steps out of the vehicle with her tablet in hand, only for her eyes to take in the total destruction of Arashi. She gasps, horror lining her face. “What happened… Oh god, what could’ve taken place to cause destruction like this?” Kaori breathed out. The wild-fire from what seems to have been caused a week ago, destroyed everything in its path. Buildings and sheds have been reduced to ashes, trees destroyed, smoke polluting the air.
Kaori walks through the wasted land, face painted with horror as she looks for any inhabitant left in the area. Her hands tremble as she fumbles for her camera, capturing the now abandoned land that used to home the prettiest hill-top view.
Remembering the purpose of her visit, she sends a message with numb and trembling hands to the Potesta who assigned her mission, Primis. A minute later, a Caller ID appears on the screen of her mobile device. As she picks up, she hears angry shuffling through the line before a booming voice screams out.
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN ARASHI IS BURNT?!” Kaori winces as she pulls the device away from her ear. “It means exactly that, My Lord. Everything has been burnt to ashes, and there’s not a single soul here.” stuttered out Kaori.
In the background, angry screaming could be heard, followed with glass shattering and heavy breathing.

Somewhere in Japan, in a remote forest, a family is assisting those with burns, quirk accidents, injuries, and more, in a large warehouse where empty buildings lay, which will sooner or later be filled with occupants.
The Kimura family assists in building a safe and healthy environment for the remaining population of Arashi. With the amount of money the family has, they assisted in raising children, they invested for the community and their interests, and they created a community, safe from any harm.

The silence surrounding the dark roomcompliments the dark and sinister expressions the occupants of the room wear, adding to the cold and menacing aura.
Their eyes hold a glint of anger. They promise revenge, to bring war upon the world. They will show secrets unknown, and others will learn of the wrath of the Higher Beings, The Potestas, and they shall regret so, and will cower against them.
