Location: Jaku Hospital hidden underground lab
Deep in a hidden laboratory far beneath the city, nightmares were being made known as Nomu. Strange, twisted creatures with either pale white or pitch-black skin were being grown in tubes. Each and every one of them had an exposed brains and dead eyes. In the center of the next room over there were twelve more of these creatures each as black as night. However even at a glance one could tell that these 12 were different, stronger, faster, smarter, deadlier. The man who created them all, one Dr. Kyudai Garaki, for the first time that he could remember had no idea what to do. After slowly killing Nine in his sleep mid surgery, no man deserved even a weaker version of his masters quirk, the bad doctor began to reflect.
“Where did it all go wrong?” The doctor asked himself. He then gave a loud sigh as he stroked a small creature on his lap. The small Nomu was black with cat like ears, a face and a pair of legs and feet with bright red sneakers on it. The doctor was a fan of old pre-quirk spy films and had given himself his own cat substitute to pet like the mad scientist he was. The Nomu which had been dubbed Johnny gave a small trill in delight.
“I just don’t get it. Shigaraki was groomed from the moment Sensei gave him his quirk to be his new vessel” Dr. Kyudai Garaki growled angry that despite all he could accomplish he still couldn’t bring his master back to life, even the Nomu were alive while they were changed into is children. “Yet that ungrateful brat murdered the man who gave him a great destiny in cold blood. Years, no decades of our hard work to prevent the quirk singularity down the drain.” Before the man could continue on with his rant a small red light began to blink and a beeping noise drew his attention
“Hello what’s this. Well it looks like Gigantomachia is on the move. And he’s heading towards…” The Doctor continued monologuing aloud. A new plan for the doctor began to form inspired by All for Ones loyal servant, he now knew what to do with his life and no one hero or villain would stop him.
Location: Meta Liberation Meting Room
Far from the underground hospital deep in the mountains was a mansion. In the dining room hall a meeting was taking place. Each and every member was dressed in fancy clothes save for one who looked like an Eskimo. They were dining on the best food money could buy, fancy steaks, caviar, wine made in France. The leader of the group who had a large nose that looked like a banana addressed his comrades.
“Gentlemen, Curious, with All for One dead and the league captured, the time to begin moving is upon us. The way of Destro must be brough to all of Japan, No the world. We must liberate these people for the laws that would prevent them from truly living, the right to use our Meta abilities, whenever and wherever we want will be ours” Re-Destro said with tears in his eyes. His hand was in the shape of an L the thumb against his four head, the salute of the Meta Liberation Army.
“Sceptic have you found the source of those Articles yet?” Re-Destro asked.
“Indeed I have” Sceptic said as he turned his computer to show the rest of the group his screen. On it showed the picture of one Izuku Midoriya. “It’s that quirk less hero student Izuku. Thanks to that child our recruitment has dropped by 27.3%. It’s a shame our spy in the HPSC failed to prevent him from getting his license.”
“Why do we let him live? I could crush him in an instant” Getan said as he slammed his fist into the table.
“And turn him into a martyr. The stories he’s taken part in have swayed the public to his side. Expecialy that lie about how he willingly gave himself up to the league of villains to save his classmates then was instrumental in taking them down.” Curious chided her companion.
“She’s right. My friends in order for the way of Destro to succeed the people convert willingly. When the time comes Izuku Midoriya will be destroyed by those he calls his friends. They will see that the quirkless are beneath them.” Re-Destro stated. “Before we go on with our regular meeting is there anything that need to be brought up?”
Trumpet cleared his throat and straightened his tie before he spoke “There is a bigger threat out their than the boy and his writings. Our spies in the underground have discovered some one created weapons that could temporarily destroy out Meta abilities. However any attempt to find the source has been for not.”
The silence in the room was deafening, all their faces were as if they saw their greatest fear. Re-Destro quickly composed itself, his quirk activating so that it appeared as if he was wearing a domino mask. “This new development will change our plans but the way of Destro and our liberated brothers and sisters will see us threw. We will succeed and who ever created those monstrosities will regret the day they were born”
Location: Shie Hassaikai base.
Deep in the underground labyrinth that was the home of the Yakuza clan the Shie Hassaikai their new leader Overhaul was going over resent events in his mind. The man sat alone in his private room which was immaculate. Not a singe speck of dust could be seen on any part of the room which was nothing more than a simple bed, a nightstand, a desk the notes and papers on it were all neat and tidy, and a wall mounted tv.
Overhaul didn’t know why everyone else couldn’t see it. The world was full of diseases known has quirks, how they twisted the bodies and minds of the people. This plague spread by rats and other vermin had caused the once mighty Yakuza gangs to fall apart. Men and women who were once feared all across Japan were now seen as jokes, forced to survive on the scraps that society threw away. He would change that, for the Boss. The man had given him everything and he would return the favor. He had found a cure for the sickness that was spreading across the world. And when the world was correct once again and the Shie Hassaikai where the rulers of the underground the boss would see that it was all worth it. With All for One dead and his followers who would have been useful pawns in his grand plan out of the picture it was time for him to ascend the throne of the underworld. His plan was perfect.
A nocking at his door ended his musing as he walked to his door. This had better be important. As Overhaul opened the door he said “Back away from the door I don’t want your germs in my room” The minion terrified, quickly scrambled away
“What is it?” Overhaul asked.
The minion gulped as he spoke “Its Eri, she escaped agai---” However before he could continue Overhaul lashed out and dragged a finger across the man causing him to explode in an instant. Overhaul grimaced he hated the mess his quirk caused but his men knew the punishment for failure. Quickly turning to two other men that were staring, Overhaul began barking orders “One of you clean this up, the other one tell Chrono to bring back Eri we can’t let any one else find her” The two men quickly ran to do their tasks not wanting to earn the ire of their temperamental and deadly boss. Overhaul had his plan and he would see it through to the end.
Location: Hero Public Safety Commission head office
The HPSC head Kaguya Kozuki and her assistant Mera were hard at work in her office. The office was noting special the room was not two large with a good-sized desk and chairs in the center. Within three months the next hero rankings would be announced and recent events had to make them reassign some positions expecialy in the top 10.
“Are you sure Endeavor will only go down to the number 10 spot?” Mera asked “After the discovery of Dabi’s identity his popularity has drastically dropped.”
“If Endeavor goes down any lower in the rankings he might retire in protest. And with All Might’s retirement coming sooner rather than later we need him active to keep the peace.” Kaguya stated. Has head of the HPSC she was one of the few people that new the truth, the symbol of peace was on his last legs, and soon she would have to do damage control “Endeavor can’t be charged for what his son did, and currently the evidence that he committed child abuse is circumstantial at best. I may not like the man but we need all the heroes we can get. When All Might goes every villain that stayed quiet due to him will start acting up.”
Mera nodded agreeing with his bosses explanation before yawning and continuing “The board has approved Best Jeanist to become the new number 2 hero”
“He will make a good paragon for the people until Hawks is ready to become the number one hero.” Kaguya commented.
Mera grabbed another paper now that the question of the top 10 heroes had been answered. His eyes widened as he read it’s contents. He then asked “You want to rehabilitate Lady Natant? Didn’t she kill”
“My predecessor.” Kaguya finished “Yes she did. However I never agreed with using her as an assassin or not giving her therapy to deal with her actions. Also after the deal Nezu gave to those members of the League of Villains the status que is going to change. The people will start to see a side of villains that they never saw before. Helping the tragic hero that fell to villainy will be good for our image in the coming years. The same with the other changes I’m making such as mandatory conflict de escalation classes that cops go to being a requirement for new hero students and cracking down on some of the more troublesome lower ranked heroes amongst others. Mera have you ever gone fishing?”
“Um no” Mera answered not knowing where his boss was going with her fishing question
“My grandfather used to take me on a fishing trip every year. And he always told me that to catch the biggest fish you have to give the line some slack before you reel in your catch. I plan to keep the HPSC where we are. For my plan to work we have to give the people some slack before we reel them in.”
Location U.A. High
Toga Himiko skipped down the halls of the most prestigious hero school in all of Japan. The adoptive daughter of the Blood Hero Vlad King couldn’t be happier. She was going to visit her new friends, real friend, not like those fakes back in her old life who only caried about her because of her families wealth. After fighting a crazy razor mouthed cannibal and destroying a criminal empire those involved had to be her friends. And they agreed with her. Uraraka and Izuku were expecialy close to her, individually each one of them were very cute but together they were to much for her. And that was why she was so happy that she was able to bring those two together which was the first part of her amazing idea, now all she had to do was worm her way into their relationship and she could have a super cute boyfriend and and equity adorable girl friend. Every thing was going according to her plans.
