Summary
Caught in a violent snowstorm, Viktor takes shelter in an enchanted mansion in the middle of a haunted forest. Its inhabitants are as odd as the mansion itself, a motley group of cheerful strangers unconcerned with their complete separation from civilization.
Viktor is shocked to find that he fits right in, but he still intends to leave, right until he meets the master of the house.
