Summary
A rather unfortunate case of mistaken identity leaves Fleur Delacour and Andromeda Black ("just Black") in a rather awkward situation that forces them time and time again into each other's orbit. It's not enough that Fleur's away from everything and everyone she knows, she has to deal with this awkward (and likely rigged) tournament, the miserable Scottish Highlands, figuring out her next step in life, and oh - right, the fact that she's magically bound to a strange English witch! At least Exams are behind her, right?
Not that Andromeda has it any better, really. Relocating to assist Madame Pomfrey with an increased student volume seemed as good an excuse as any for trying to figure out what the hell she's going to do with her life, but that did not mean she wanted to wind up magically bound to a French witch who just tried to kill her - no matter if Andromeda struck first.
Or, in simplier terms: if you see a Kelpie on the shoreline, make sure it's actually a Kelpie. Magical oaths get weird when it's a witch you just tricked into a pact.
