Summary
Being cursed by magic and being cursed are two separate situations. A curse by magic must be cast by a sorcerer and will end once the caster has died, a curse however, is capable of being cast by anyone, whether they be a magic user or not.
A curse can only be cast by a person on their deathbed, where their lingering strong emotions latch onto their intended target and transforms into a curse, though no one entirely knows why or how this happens. Whoever the target is however, will never be able to escape their curse until their deaths.
A golden prince who abhors magic, cursed with the touch of death. A peasant-born warlock attempting to hide his magic in the center of Camelot, cursed with immortality. Two sides of the same coin indeed.

Racking: to siphon the wine must from one container to the next, so as to leave any sediment (skins, seeds, dead yeast cells, and other particles) behind. In fact that is the sole purpose of racking, "to leave the sediment behind." This can be from tank to barrel, barrel to barrel, and barrel to tank. This process has generated controversy and discontent in the French wine industry due to advantages that the process is perceived to give producers in poor-climate areas. In response to violent demonstrations by protesters in 1907, the French government began regulating the amount of sugar that can be added to wine.
The day that Ace leaves Dawn Island is swiftly arriving, and Mihawk has a parting gift for his student. He thought that Ace would be fine, he was his student after all.
He is proven very, very wrong merely half a year later, and he is definitely not worried, and definitely not approaching a very familiar whale figurehead to go confront the strongest man in the world.
