Bruce holds a power over the brunette that he's never experienced before. Although initially mistaking Edward's disdain for fear, he feels in control.

It’s always weird receiving fan mail, but that comes along with being a billionaire. Bruce shuffles through the stack, uninterested, until he reaches a red envelope at the bottom of the pile. He pulls out a white card, red frill adoring the edges. He can tell it’s homemade— the quality isn’t perfect and the paper has been cut slightly crooked, but it makes him crack a small smile. He thinks it’s kinda cute, that someone would spend their time making this. Bruce isn’t much for gifts, but he can appreciate this for what it’s worth.
