Summary
After a very turbulent start in the wizarding world, Harry finally enters his second Hogwarts year.
Well. If Aunt Petunia will let him go after at least five attempts on his life within the last nine months, that is. There's also the fact to consider that he still has lawyers and Amelia Bones to sick on a boatload of people, Sirius to free, Pettigrew to frame and a diary to steal.With a basilisk roaming the hallways and dementors the grounds of Hogwarts, as well as scheming people like Dumbledore and Tom Riddle to face, maybe staying in the muggle world would be easier. But Harry wouldn't be Harry if he didn't try to use the situation to correct some serious wrongs in the magical world and further his political agenda. At least this time around, he has some semi-competent adults (and paintings) at his back and a bunch of friends to support him in all the crazy endeavours his heart desires.
Besides, there is Dudley's vendetta against one Gilderoy Lockhart to consider. Nobody could pass up on that sort of entertainment.

Summary
Izuku is finding himself happy where he is for the first time since his parents died. He isn't sure what to make of that. He doesn't know what to do in a home that feels good and safe instead of wrong and bad. Still, his instincts keep telling him this is good den, this is a safe den, this is his den. Then, in the middle of his debate, Aizawa tells him his social worker is visiting soon. Izuku doesn't know what happened to make Aizawa want to call her. Everything was going so well and now he's going to be sent away? but Aizawa said he want to keep him... did he do something wrong? He doesn't want to leave his den!
Shouta is stressed. Tuesday had been such a good day, Izuku was so happy, then Tsukauchi had to go and get the social worker involved as fast as possible. Now he's got two days to put the apartment in order then somehow convince this lady he's never met that he's a capable parent that can handle Izuku without issue. It doesn't help that Izuku is clearly distressed as well. He can do this, he can fix this. Izuku is not leaving his custody without a fight.
