His Horcruxes were his soul imprints and his 'main' soul imprint is a… wraith, non-human. He was reborn as Uchiha Touma, Uchiha Sasuke’s oldest brother. He was also Uzumaki Kushina’s godson.)

Summary
When Nikolai wakes, he does it disoriented. It takes a couple of tries for him to finally start noticing things, like how his hands look very much like those of a child, rather than those of an adult.
OR: 24 year-old Nikolai wakes up in the past, in his 6 year-old body. He wants to make sure there's no civil war and that Ravka not only survives, but thrives. But there's always a price to be paid for everything, and nothing is ever given for free, much less opportunities like this one.

As was habit upon arrival to the square, Tom scanned the crowd for a look at Mrs. Cole. He thought her at her most human on reaping days. Her hard face would crack, and out would run sorrow, if ever a child reaped was too young for the arena, or was one of hers.
Tom had once made a bet with himself that were he ever reaped, Mrs. Cole’s face would crack the opposite way: into a smile. But he’d made that bet when he’d been very young, and very vitriolic; it had been adjusted, since. The Tom of present day thought it more likely that, were he reaped, Mrs. Cole’s face wouldn’t crack at all.
