Summary
“What’s she saying?” Animal communications was for Princesses, Leonora had never taken that course.
“Something unspeakable.” Clarissa responds stepping away from Lady Lesso who raises her brow confused. Gertrude honks at her abrupt movement and charges again. Instinctively, she hides behind the redhead using her as a shield.
“I can’t believe you’re scared of a bird.” Leonora’s laughter soon turns into pain as the goose slams headfirst into her bad knee. Gertrude honks again before starting to circle the two deans. “Fuck.”
Clarissa grimaces at her pained grunt before helping to steady her. “Lesso? Are you okay?”
“I am very much irritated with this situation. What did the goose say that caused you to react like that?” She asks rubbing her sore appendage. “If she wants your necklace just give it up.”
The fairy godmother looks away awkwardly before making eye contact with Gertrude. “It’s not my necklace she wants.” She laughs uncomfortably before clearing her throat.
