"Bones catches Jim and Spock talking in the distance. The ache in his chest grows as they smile at each other, Jim closes the gap as he whispers something into Spock’s ear. Something blossoms in Leonard’s chest as he clutches the hem of his uniform uncomfortably, turning back to his quarters as he all but ran towards it.
He locks the door when he finds himself alone, sliding down the door with an ungraceful thump. Curling up on himself, he coughs the first flower petal up.He’s fallen for the both of them.”

Summary
I don't even know how to explain this. Okay. So there's a whole bunch of other spirits, and instead of the Nightmare Spirit being Pitch, it's actually some guy named The Nightmare King who goes crazy. The Guardians double as Grand-Poobah's of Spirit-dom, and confront him, they fight, and Pitch (who's just a Night Spirit) ends up sacrificing himself to defeat the The Nightmare King, and ends up resurrecting as the Guardian of Courage. The Guardians spend all their time and energy on teaching him, which means they don't even notice when Jack becomes Jack Frost, which leaves Jack to fend for himself. He ends up getting taken in by the current Winter Spirit - Old Man Winter.
500 years pass, and eventually Jack becomes the Winter Spirit, and is doing Winter Spirit-y things when the Guardians finally notice him. They think he's a rogue spirit, or that he killed Old Man Winter (or something. I haven't fleshed it out that far). He ends up getting brought before them, and then plot happens.
So yeah. That's basically it.
*So college happened, and this fic is not getting updated soon - BUT IT WILL BE EVENTUALLY I SWEAR. I will be doing minor formatting fixes, and some editing here and there in the mean time.

Summary
Basically, a short conversation between Tony and Harley about his upcoming visit to the tower. This was written in response to a writing challenge about creating a character based on yourself as a way to understand yourself better. (In this particular one, the character based on me is only mentioned. Just. FYI.)
"She’s easily impressed. Which is probably why she likes my inventions. Even the dumb ones.”
A longer pause.
“If you tell her I said that, I will punch you.”
Tony wanted to laugh at the threat of violence from the kid. It was almost cute. (He had the random thought that this must be how Bucky’d felt about Steve most of the time.)Warning: I have no idea what I'm doing. So page breaks, formatting, and OOCness are all valid concerns. Also, POV switches all the time. Cause it can.
