Naruto shifted, tilting his head back to scrub at his chest and neck, his dusky pink nipples on display, erect. Water dripped down his chest, little droplets falling into the crevices of his abs, and Sasuke so badly wanted to chase them with his tongue. He wanted to see what was below the water. He wanted to taste.
Sasuke needed him. Sasuke needed him like he needed breathing. It had never been that intense before. That sudden. That rapid.
There was another wave of light-headedness.
Finally given a mission together after eight months apart, Sasuke and Naruto take a pit stop at a hot spring; the steam really gets to Sasuke's brain.

Summary
Sasuke could deny it until the world implodes but Naruto knows. He knows it just by the way Sasuke looks at his brother — like Itachi hung the moon and all her stars in the night sky.
Maybe that’s why he was so willing to offer this. Hell bent on getting that look directed at him. More than anything he just wants Sasuke happy, satisfied.
And if Naruto had to use Henge No Jutsu to pretend to be Itachi to help Sasuke live out his fantasy of getting fucked by his brother, well Naruto doesn’t judge.
