“That says Peter Parker, right?” Tony grinds out. “I’m not imagining that?”
“You are not imagining it.” Pepper starts to smile. “It’s a little funny, honestly.”
“Funny? This is not funny. This is…this is masochistic.”

Summary

So Draco shouldn't be surprised when his husband is called into the office on his day off, and chooses to go. Harry has always led from the front, even as head auror he has insisted on that. Not that Draco cares for his propensity to put himself in harm's way. He's come home wounded and scarred before but Harry has always come back as promised. Draco always knew that this was a promise he couldn't keep forever and it was only a matter of time before Harry didn't come back from a field mission.
