Jaster Mereel expected politics when he traveled to Coruscant to negotiate The Concord of Kyr'amur, a treaty intended to end generations of conflict between the Jedi Order and the Mandalorian Empire through intergenerational bonds.
He did not expect to meet the sweetest little Jedi child in the galaxy.
He definitely did not expect to meet his Kara-blessed Riduur.
Now Jaster has several problems:
Little Obi-Wan Kenobi is adorable.
Jango and Obi-Wan are treaty-bonded.
The Jedi appear emotionally unwell in deeply concerning ways.
And Obi-Jules— healer, emotional support cryptid, and living embodiment of Light itself— somehow has absolutely no idea she is being aggressively courted.Jaster Mereel has survived war, politics, and more assassination attempts than he can count.
Yet he still led the Mandalorian Empire to victory, time and time again.
Surely winning the heart of one oblivious Jedi can't be harder than that.
...Right?
