Summary
An image took up permanent residence in the forefront of Hermione’s mind. Malfoy fucking her over and over. It played on repeat, stuck there with all the obstinance of a jammed cassette no matter how much she willed herself to focus. This was Malfoy. Coworker, absolute nuisance, and sort-of friend. Hermione had wrapped the very concept of him in caution tape for a veritable metric ton of reasons, least of which being their past.
Now here he was, white hair haloed by the Beltane firelight with sweat beading on his temple. She watched raptly as it coalesced, taking the same lazy path down his jaw that her nails ached to trace. Caution tape flapped in the wind and Hermione was left to drown in every filthy, repressed thought she’d ever had about the man.
