Summary
The Martial Maidens Association, a clandestine fighting circuit with warriors of all disciplines and styles come to test themselves in pitched combat. Several fighters join with the hopes of gaining prestige, money, and greater privilege in the martial arts world, while the defeated are left to wallow in defeat and humiliation. Machiko Saga is a slowly rising star among the association, an aikido fighter out to prove her skills are just as capable in real combat as any other fighting style, and she's willing to crush anyone in her way to prove her worth on her journey as a Martial Maiden.
