This was so refreshing - fairytales I love, altered enough to have realistic consequences, without making everything grim-dark. Main characters that are good men, not anti-heroes who only save the world/kingdom/princess because they would have died themselves if they hadn't done anything.
I liked this author enough, I read through some of their other work even if I didn't particularly care for the fandom it was set in. Excellent fanfiction, thank you for writing and sharing it - aside from the actual writing, just posting a story is a lot of work. I'll check in once in awhile for new works (hoping to see more fairytales...)
