Louis Tomlinson needs a small pink bathtub.
He needs it.
His fucking family had forgotten to include him in the email chain for Doris for Christmas, with her very carefully thought out Christmas list, until every easy item was gone. Only when he asked Lottie if anyone else had heard from Doris yet, only then did they realise their mistake and forward the email chain to him.
So, it’s either a small pink bathtub or an entire bouncy castle. And if he had the money for a bouncy castle that would be fine, but that fucker costs more than his monthly rent and he simply does not make that much working as an optometrist assistant.

Sure, he loves his friends, but he really wishes that this one, singular day of the year they could all just be chill. It’s as if for 364 days they forget what his profession is entirely, and then all remember at the same moment on the morning of October 31st. Oh yeah! I have a friend who is a witch! I should reconnect with him on this particular day, I’m sure he’s not already got plans of any kind!

Harry really didn't expect to be swept up in snowflakes and eyelashes and coy smiles when he'd agreed to go on a skiing holiday with his lads. Nor was he expecting to cherish the sound of someone's voice over his own thoughts, marveling about the way it crackled against the burning embers in the fireplace. And he really, really wasn't expecting for his peaceful life to be turned on its head, all because of a bloody snowboard.
But, then again, he also never expected that he could fall in love in less than two weeks, so. So maybe life isn't what Harry expected.

Summary
“Ahh! Niall, I missed you so much!” Harry is jumping back out of Louis’ arms to run towards him. When Niall sees a giant approaching him, he has the perfectly natural reaction to throw up his arms and start running in slow motion. Harry copies, and suddenly it’s a scene straight out of Baywatch. Until, of course, they clash in the middle, and Harry’s long legs get tangled in Niall’s and they’re struggling to remain vertical before Liam cuts in to stabilize them.
“Okay, okay, break it up you two,” Louis yells from the passenger seat, from where he has yet to move. “Haz, where the fuck are we going? When do we need to get on the road?” Liam has a hand out towards both Niall and Harry so that they can compose themselves as Zayn tosses their things in the boot.
“Nope. I am not telling you.” He dramatically pulls his arm away from Liam and prances back to the driver’s seat with his nose to the sky, then turns back and winks dramatically at Zayn, who already knows their destination. “It’s going to be fun and that’s all you need to know. Just put on some music.”
Or, the OT5 roadtrip gone wrong.
